We had no control over who did the work and were not given anything in writing. They said the leak was from Ultimate Drain not tightening the coupling used in the previous botched repair. They dug up my property and claimed the leak was fixed by tightening the coupling??? The leak still continued after Pipe Down left. We called them multiple times to tell them but they ghosted us!! Oncourse paid them and sent yet another company instead of holding the contractors accountable for incomplete repairs. If a warranty company sends Pipe Down or any other contractor to your home, have the water company test for a leak after they finish. Do not assume the job is done just because the contractor says it is. I would not use Pipe Down Plumbing again. Scamming lazy bums!
