Our townhome community needed a power washing bad. Moss was growing on the sides of the siding and the balconies were so dirty. Once Clearview washing came, they worked on all the townhomes and even did the balcony. I am very impressed with how they were able to remove a lot of the dirt. Everything looks so clean again. After 2 weeks of no responses from Clearview to schedule the time, we were finally told they will not honor their quote as they want more business from us. Totally unacceptable. Absolutely the best!! What a great great company. They told me they were going to be here at 12:00 they were here at 12:00. They told me it was going to be x amount of dollars it was x amount of dollars. The two people that came here were pleasant, respectful and very careful with my furniture on the patio. The house looks like it's brand new and the patio is so clean it looks like somebody took white paint and painted it over it. This is the only company I will use for all my power washing needs. If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would have given "0" stars. The work was performed by what I would consider 2 high school students on summer break. When they showed up, I had asked them to scrape the front door windows because there was minimal residual markings from when the door was recently painted. The high school student replied, "we don't do that". I thought to myself, "then what do you do?". The 2 high school students then proceeded to clean the exterior only of the house windows and left a mess everywhere, including water marks on some windows and missing some windows altogether. I contacted the office to ask what the service I was about to pay for included and I was advised it included "window cleaning", which they didn't completely perform. Within one week, another crew was dispatched to my house in an attempt to rectify the mess, redo the windows with water spots and clean the missed windows and again I asked for the front door to be scraped. A short time later, I received a call from the CEO to tell me there would be an additional charge of $500.00 for a very highly specialized process to perform "window restoration" and scrape the front door windows - there were just a few small windows which hardly needed "window restoration". I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were unprofessional and did sub par work. I will upload photos shortly - AVOID THIS COMPANY - you get what you pay for!! Regrettably, I paid for this services in full to put this mess behind. Don't make the same mistake I made. I just reviewed the owners comment to my review, which accepted zero responsibility. I was not trying to hurt a small business, I explained, with great accuracy, my experience with this company (the owner did not dispute anything I wrote as inaccurate) and if that offended the owner, that's unfortunate. The reality is that they did have to return because the work initially performed was sub par. On the second try, it wasn't much better. Perhaps the owner, should accept some responsibility instead of all unfavorable reviews respond that the reviewer was trying to hurt his small business - which seems to be his pattern as I've read similar responses in other negative reviews. I stand by my accurate review, which remains undisputed. I paid my bill because I've never not paid anyone and it's not worth it to me to have someone say I didn't pay their bill - no one was getting rich or poor on this transaction, it was the principal of the experience, which was bad. I think it also goes to the character of the owner and company that someone that used their services was justifiable so unsatisfied with the results and he retains the payment. We hired Clearview Washing to soft wash entire exterior of house, walkways and backyard patio. In addition, we had them do gutter cleaning and windows inside and out. The gentlemen came on time and did excellent work. The windows were cleaned inside and out and when inside work was to be done, the gentleman wore booties to keep from tracking dirt into the house. Very disappointed with this most recent power washing job. I had used Clearview before, and had been very satisfied with their work. Not this time. My vinyl siding looked dirtier than before it was washed--3 sides of my house were covered with pink soap stains. Although the office staff were very helpful in getting a second crew to return, I did not hear an apology for the poor job nor for my inconvenience. I was promised the "foreman" who would assess the issues but instead a very nice young man, Steve, arrived. I was told multiple times that the stains were 'seepage' from the water, and that it was nothing that Clearview had done wrong. Interestingly, I have never had seepage problems with other companies I have used over the years. Steve did a better job than the first crew, but did not remove all of the stains. So I am now cleaning it myself. Needless to say, I will not be recommending your company to anyone else. read more
