This is the 1st time my HOA has used them and they were without question the BEST Power Pressure Company we've used in the past 20+ years. I walked around my neighborhood and the townhomes are no longer dingy or have the green stuff on the siding. I was shocked they even powerwashed as a courtesy the tot lot playground which was beyond grimey. Their workmanship was so good that I hired them to clean my personal walkway and patio which came out wonderful. Thank you to your Team for providing excellent service. read more

Clearview Washing is the absolute best in Monmouth County. They provided a professional bid the same day listing all their services and upgrades for things I did not even notice until they pointed them out like all the moss and algae on my storage shed. They arrived when promised, crew was professional and courteous and our large home looking sparking and brand new. read more

Our townhome community needed a power washing bad. Moss was growing on the sides of the siding and the balconies were so dirty. Once Clearview washing came, they worked on all the townhomes and even did the balcony. I am very impressed with how they were able to remove a lot of the dirt. Everything looks so clean again. Even community members had positive things to say! read more

Had Clearview come yesterday, and they did an exceptional job cleaning the exterior of the house. Special thanks to Sulayman and Lucio who went above and beyond... great job! read more

Absolutely the best!! What a great great company. They told me they were going to be here at 12:00 they were here at 12:00. They told me it was going to be x amount of dollars it was x amount of dollars. The two people that came here were pleasant, respectful and very careful with my furniture on the patio. The house looks like it's brand new and the patio is so clean it looks like somebody took white paint and painted it over it. This is the only company I will use for all my power washing needs. If you ever need a power washing company you need to look no further. Clearview washing is your company. read more

Would be a 0. Clearview provided us a quote to powerwash 7 decks of a townhome community. We signed the quote. After 2 weeks of no responses from Clearview to schedule the time, we were finally told they will not honor their quote as they want more business from us. Totally unacceptable. Will never use them again. read more

We just had Clearview Washing LLC out to our townhouse today to clean our gutters and windows and they did a great job! They also do powerwashing and roof cleaning. They're a local Freehold company and I just wanted to pass on the recommendation to anyone looking for these services. I will definitely use them again! https://www.clearviewwashing.com read more

If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would have given "0" stars. The work was performed by what I would consider 2 high school students on summer break. When they showed up, I had asked them to scrape the front door windows because there was minimal residual markings from when the door was recently painted. The high school student replied, "we don't do that". I thought to myself, "then what do you do?". The 2 high school students then proceeded to clean the exterior only of the house windows and left a mess everywhere, including water marks on some windows and missing some windows altogether. I contacted the office to ask what the service I was about to pay for included and I was advised it included "window cleaning", which they didn't completely perform. Within one week, another crew was dispatched to my house in an attempt to rectify the mess, redo the windows with water spots and clean the missed windows and again I asked for the front door to be scraped. A short time later, I received a call from the CEO to tell me there would be an additional charge of $500.00 for a very highly specialized process to perform "window restoration" and scrape the front door windows - there were just a few small windows which hardly needed "window restoration". I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were unprofessional and did sub par work. I will upload photos shortly - AVOID THIS COMPANY - you get what you pay for!! Regrettably, I paid for this services in full to put this mess behind. Don't make the same mistake I made. I just reviewed the owners comment to my review, which accepted zero responsibility. I was not trying to hurt a small business, I explained, with great accuracy, my experience with this company (the owner did not dispute anything I wrote as inaccurate) and if that offended the owner, that's unfortunate. The reality is that they did have to return because the work initially performed was sub par. On the second try, it wasn't much better. Perhaps the owner, should accept some responsibility instead of all unfavorable reviews respond that the reviewer was trying to hurt his small business - which seems to be his pattern as I've read similar responses in other negative reviews. I stand by my accurate review, which remains undisputed. I paid my bill because I've never not paid anyone and it's not worth it to me to have someone say I didn't pay their bill - no one was getting rich or poor on this transaction, it was the principal of the experience, which was bad. I think it also goes to the character of the owner and company that someone that used their services was justifiable so unsatisfied with the results and he retains the payment. Again, it not about the money. read more

We hired Clearview Washing to soft wash entire exterior of house, walkways and backyard patio. In addition, we had them do gutter cleaning and windows inside and out. The gentlemen came on time and did excellent work. The windows were cleaned inside and out and when inside work was to be done, the gentleman wore booties to keep from tracking dirt into the house. The team was professional and courteous. We will be using them again for sure! read more

This was a great experience with this local company. After reading all of the positive reviews it was a no brainer to go with them. From getting the quote to making the appointment everything was so easy and professional. There was great follow up and confirmation along the way and on the day of the service Jim and Mike showed up not just on time, but even earlier! They did a fantastic job and my house and roof have never looked better. They were courteous, neat and clean, and professional. I will not hesitate to have them back and to recommend. Thank you Jim, Mike, and the whole team. read more

Clearview Washing turned my backyard area into a beautiful paradise that I can now entertain people, and relax, at. The consultant, Steven, was not only on time, but early, and extremely professional. He showed pure dedication to his craft and turned my patio, that had ingrown grass and molding and weeds, into the cleanest it's ever looked in all my years of owning. After my patio, Steven then delicately power washed my house and it now looks brand new. It is literally shining. Thank you Clearview and Steven and Freddie for providing such a great service. Will be recommending to everyone. read more

I have used Clearview for 4 years to clean our home windows inside and outside and to clean our bluestone front porch. The work has consistently been high quality and I would recommend Clearview to any potential customer. This year the team of Trevor and Evan did the work act our home and they were outstanding - the best work team Clearview has sent to my home. I would specifically request this team at all times. Called them for 1st time a few months ago and have to say they sent me a quote quickly and were very patient with me as I did not make a decision quickly. Finally when I did they initially did not have prompt availability but managed to change things around to suit my preferred date(s). The crew when they came, came on time, was very courteous and professional and took care of my home. Was very happy with the crew. And at the end of the day, they did a great job. Very disappointed with this most recent power washing job. I had used Clearview before, and had been very satisfied with their work. Not this time. My vinyl siding looked dirtier than before it was washed--3 sides of my house were covered with pink soap stains. Although the office staff were very helpful in getting a second crew to return, I did not hear an apology for the poor job nor for my inconvenience. I was promised the "foreman" who would assess the issues but instead a very nice young man, Steve, arrived. I was told multiple times that the stains were 'seepage' from the water, and that it was nothing that Clearview had done wrong. Interestingly, I have never had seepage problems with other companies I have used over the years. Steve did a better job than the first crew, but did not remove all of the stains. So I am now cleaning it myself. Needless to say, I will not be recommending your company to anyone else. read more

The price was excellent. The quality was insane. I would give 10 stars, if I would have that option. Two technicians who came to my home worked for 11 hours non stop. They were very thorough. People like them make your company to succeed. I highly recommend this company!!!! read more
