I called A+ powerwashing to clean my roof bcs it had some moss buildup from a tree that used to drop needles on it that was removed. Brian, the company owner came to give me an estimate but more importantly explained the difference between powerwashing the roof and pressure free cleaning process that will give me the result I needed. My pool and yard area cement had gotten quite stained over the winter, but I was sick of having to powerwash every year. Brian explained that the process they use will not require yearly maintenance, that it should last quite a few years. The team showed up on time, they were very careful as they moved all of the furniture and potted plants, which then they put back when completed. They checked in with me a few times to make sure I was happy with how things were going and if I felt anything was being missed. Brian even had them replace a few pieces of siding and soffit that had come loose over the winter. As a homeowner it is very difficult to find companies in the Monmouth county area that are reliable, respectful and do a really great job; well Brian and his team are just that-if you hire them they will treat your home as if it were their own and do a great job!!!!! read more

I am very happy and totally satisfied with the service to my home. The roof shingles look brand new, my vinyl siding looks like it was just installed, my walk way pavers, and patio pavers look brand new. The technicians were very polite and professional, they explained everything before they started and after they were finished he walked around my house showing me the completed work. I absolutely would recommend your services to my family and friends. Another thing that really impressed me was when the technician, sorry I forgot his name, called me over and told me he found a nest with six eggs behind the light over my garage door. He removed the nest and placed it in his bucket before he started, when he was done he showed me the nest and asked me what I wanted to do with the nest. I told him to put it back where he found it and he looked relived and happy that we saved the six living eggs. I was very impressed with his concern for nature. His concern for nature spoke a lot to me of the kind of employees you hire. I thank you and I'm sure if she could the momma bird would also thank you. read more

Saw a sign on a neighbor's lawn recently for A+Power Washing and we really needed it so called to get info. They came same day and we discussed what we needed and they described what services they provide. We received the Proposal/Estimate later that day as well and were very impressed with the ease of which everything was handled. You can select all or some of the services recommended, no pressure from them and was a pleasure to deal with them. We decided to get house power washed, roof, gutters whitened, concrete and deck and we were extremely pleased with everything! They send you a preparation video prior to your scheduled appointment which was really helpful. They arrived on time and was amazed at the work they performed for us. Prices are very good and they are very professional and thorough. So glad to have seen the sign in our neighborhood! You won't be sorry.....great family run company! read more

My wife actually made the decision in making for us in utilizing A+ Powerwashing and Roof Cleaning Co. At first, I told her that I would do it as I normally would - however, it seems that I have always put this particular duty or chore on the back burner. In any event, should took the necessary control and made the appointment in using A+ and boy, it was the best decision for us as the end results were no less than amazing. So, we had another issue of our A/C unit pan water return corrosion yellowing our siding and roof area. Brian Hegarty suggested that we power wash both roof and siding as well to use PVC piping directly into the drain. In short, we will recommend using A+ Powerwashing and Roof cleaning without a doubt. My wife and I thank Brian and his team for their professionalism and can do attitude - it was a pleasure in using them. Again, we thank you!!! Job well done... read more

I have used this service in the past and loved their work!! I called approx Aug 25 to schedule an appt to shrink wrap my patio furniture, with a request that it be done by 16 Sep for personal reasons. I recd a call back with an appt of Sep 11, great! Then I recd a call to reschedule to Sep 15. Ok. Then I was told they could accommodate Sep 13. Great, thanks! I received a call today that they don't service Jamesburg anymore. Which is fine, but I would have appreciated knowing that when I first called so I could call another company. Now I have to scramble to find someone who can do the job in the next 3 days. I cant fault the work quality but business practices leave a lot to be desired. I would say I will never use them again but it doesn't matter since they don't service my town. read more

The 2 young men from A+ were prompt on arrival and explained the process in detail to me. They were very cordial, friendly and efficient. They covered all the electrical outlets to avoid water issues and worked diligently to complete the job as described. The soft house wash looks great.....spotless. There were two areas....a shingle roof over a storage shed and a long cement/brick walkway in front of our home....that had a buildup of moss and dirt. They have never looked better after the guys took care of them. I would HIGHLY recommend A+ and I will certainly use them again in the future. They did a GREAT job at a reasonable price and the young men were a pleasure to deal with. read more

Just had these guys out to our home for a roof cleaning . We had lots of moss clumps, black stains as debris from our trees. Called for an estimate, Mark came out the next day and explained the entire process. They showed up on time the day we scheduled with no issues. The roof came out looking Brand new. Couldn't be happier with the results. Professional and courteous crew cleaned up the job site and were very respectful of our property. 100 % satisfied from start to finish from the office staff to the technicians. Except for a few algae spots, I thought the back of my house was fairly clean, that is, until the job was done! The whole house looks great. I was particularly impressed at how clean my gutters came out. I did not comparison shop, so I don't know if I could have had it done cheaper, but I was satisfied with the price. The two young men doing the job were clean cut and professional, and their equipment seemed state of the art. If you have mold, mildew and algae growth on your house, don't bother trying to do it yourself. Hire these guys. you wont regret it. Jim 1951 read more

Our house looks great. This is a professional, reliable company. After submitting an on line request for an estimate, they called me back quickly. Brian arrived for the estimate on time, the estimate was accurate and the job done as promised. We've had some negative experiences with previous roof and power washing companies that didn't get the job done and left a mess and didn't remove the stains. A+ left our house looking better than it's looked in years. All the stains are gone, the roof top moss and algae is dying, the pavers siding and stairs look like new. read more

We had family coming to visit and we wanted to spruce up our house. A+ came over the next day and gave us a quote. They did the work the following week. Our house looks amazing. The guys power washed the house and whitened the gutters. I was concerned about the cleaning solution damaging the grass and flowerbeds. I had no reason to be concerned. The grass and flowerbeds look fine and the house looks amazing. The guys were kind, helpful, and took pride in their work. Brian did a beautiful job on our house!! he got rid of the green mold, all the dirt and grime and even did the steps and our small deck as well!! We have a stucco front and was concerned about the power washing but Brian uses a low pressure, hot water system that cleans like you wouldn't believe and doesn't damage the stucco. I would not only recommend Brian, but I wouldn't even bother looking into anyone else. He was polite, friendly and explained everything to me!! Don't wait, call Brian today!!!! read more

Always satisfied with the professionalism and services they provide! They sent out a representative right away (Ellen) and she was friendly and very helpful in getting us a quote. She provided several options to fit our budget and we were super happy with the final outcome. The day of the service the team kept in contact and did a fantastic job. The house, roof and fence have never been cleaner. The team cleaned up after themselves and left no trace they were ever there. read more

I have been using A+ Powerwashing for several years. They have cleaned my house, my patio and around my pool and have always done an excellent job. This year after he cleaned my patio another contractor stained the patio. They came out several times to remove the stain which I had unsuccessfully tried to remove and it looks perfect. He did this without asking for any additional money which I had wanted to pay. Great company. Highly recommend. read more

I had received several quotes from various companies and A+ was at the upper range for cost and I was concerned about getting value for my money. However, after seeing the results and the care they took while on the job, I can without reservation highly recommended A+!! It is rare these days to come across a company that is professional from start to finish and whose employees take pride in the work they do. Kudos to A+ for doing it right! read more

Brian and Greg's team did a fantastic job of cleaning the exterior of my townhouse. I had mold and bird dropping's on the balcony and stains on the patio and surrounding fence. All where cleaned perfectly and with the greatest of care, I barely knew they were outside. I asked Sean if he would do the sidewalk and outdoor carpeting, and they both look great. I hope our association continues to use their service, these guys are awesome! read more
