It's has been a few months now since you and your company finished installing our new roof and siding. I go outside every morning to let our dogs out and I look over the work that was done. I am still amazed at the quality of work completed by your guys. I believe the names of the individuals who did the work were Steve and Art. These two individuals did an amazing job. I had the opportunity to see what the house looked like after the old aluminum siding was removed and the damage that was found underneath. I also very was fortunate to see Steve and Art fix that damage. They had their hands full and did some amazing job!!! I spoke with you on several occasions about my concerns and nervousness. Particularly as it pertains to the money Dawn and I were spending. You were very reassuring which was wonderful, but I was still concerned. Dawn and I were concerned about being taken advantage of. Well this is what I have learned from my experience with the dealings I have had with you. You are a man of your word. You provided individuals whom are craftsman in their trade and I have a house I truly adore and look's absolutely fantastic. I guess the long and short of it is, when you decide to have work done on your house, you interview numerous people. I hired Remodel America to do a large, complicated trim job on my 100 year old house. They weren't the high bid or the low bid. The owner of the company, Ron, is punctual and knowledgeable. The quality of the work is very good. One downside was that, although the crew did a pretty good job of cleaning up every day, I'm still picking up sharp little slivers of aluminum and plastic weeks after the job was completed. On the positive side, all those little slivers are a testament to how carefully the crew fit all the pieces together. The job was started later than agreed to, and it took longer than I anticipated. Sometimes days would go by without any work, some days one or two guys showed up, sometimes four. This didn't bother me; my wife and I were not in a big hurry, and getting it right was more important than finishing quickly. When Remodel America was done, my wife was not happy with one or two areas. Without hesitation, Ron sent the crew back to redo the work, and it looked much better. I would recommend Remodel America. I'm giving Ron from Remodel America a five star review first of all he does great work plain and simple. Ron came to my house in the late winter and what he did was not sell me a roof but he gave me an education on roofs and he was my 3rd estimate that day the only guy that asked too see the attic visually inspect and that's what separated Ron from the others. He wasn't the cheapest but he was right in the ballpark. I told him he was going to do my roof but not right now was house was in limbo but when I close he's doing my roof, he didn't give pressure we discussed a couple of things he left this was early February I called him the end of April he was 3 weeks out from doing a one day job because he does what he says he's going to do and then he does it well. What an amazing company. I priced out new roof completion for my home and was so impressed when I sat with the owner Ron, and his quote to complete the job fell well within the bands of my research. The job was completed in one day, conducted professionally, and I continue to marvel over my new roof. GAF certified products from a GAF certified company who takes pride in their work and did a fabulous job on my home. I would highly recommend this company and since the roof? We needed our roof, gutters, all fascia and soffits wrapped, a new bay window and new siding. Also wanted a local (Monmouth county) company. Contacted Remodel America and made an appointment with Ron. He sat with us for 3 HOURS explaining everything involved and quoted us a price. Ron said work would start in 6 weeks, I think to myself 8 weeks 'cause of the wet weather. Started in 5 weeks! Less than 2 weeks and the whole job was done! Each group (roofers, gutter guys, siding guys, window guys) were so coordinated that no one was tripping over the other. When one group finished, the other group started. They did our roof replacemant,replaced skylights with new Velux ones, installed great gutter leaf guards, cleaned up all materials and nails (all with no damage to flower beds and shrubbery) and all this was done in 1 day. Price was very reasonable for what they did. In fact I believe it may have been slightly below market based other installers I spoke with. All workers were competent, skilled and professional.
