Sorry for the late post. This work was done in 2024…read more Had a leak coming into the basement around the chimney area. Called Reese & Sons because of their high rating and positive reviews. Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

The owner came over 2 hours later, climbed on the roof and took the measurements all while it was raining. He even went above and beyond by replacing 10 sheets of rotten plywood, installing new flashing on a leaking window, added flashing to my chimney and even placed new chimney caps for me. So my neighbor is now looking for a company that has more "skills and experience" than this one.

We needed a roof replacement and called this company to have someone come out to give a quote…read more They responded quickly with the quote which was provided in an Instant message. It was the first quote I received and I was waiting to receive a couple more quotes. Within a day someone followed up with a call telling me they could start the next day. I explained I was waiting for another quote and asked if they could send a proper proposal in an email. At that point they seemed put off and said if I didn't make a decision in the next couple days they wouldn't be able start for a couple months. After a couple weeks (we weren't desperate) we decided to sign their proposal and had a tentative start date in about 2 months. Two months passed and I was told it would be another month before they could start. After another month we sent an email and they responded it would be another month. After around 7 months they stopped responding to us all together. So we contacted our second choice which was another large outfit. They came out immediately and provided the quote the same day. Completed the work within a week of the proposal. It was a 2 day job. I gave Red Bank Roofing 1 star because I feel generous. But frankly I wouldn't trust them.

They are large enough for office staff, sales teams, work teams and site supervisors. If I had a smaller job in mind that might not have mattered to me but when I do a large job I like a company with support staff. (For me, two talented guys in a van and a wife who answers the phone is just fine for most work). I can attest they do upsell but I had no work done I did not need. I had made an effort to research roofing and gutter materials beforehand. I strongly advise interviewing other roofing/ gutter companies first and asking questions about installation and what *exact* materials they will use. Dior will send out a salesperson who will review the work you want done and the materials they will use. I was offered a discounted price for making my decision the same day and would not have felt comfortable accepting that discount if I had not spoken to several other vendors first. I don't like to make that kind of decision under pressure. I had looked at Dior because my usual preferred vendor would not install any shingles to replace those that might break when they removed them to install flashing up the sides where different roofline levels met. Dior will work with siding shingles as well as other siding. My site supervisor came each day, reviewed the job when it was done and sent a crew back for a minor adjustment.
