They provided a computerized mock up of our actual house so we could see how it would look upon completion. The owners and/or employees were at our home everyday as scheduled. I called a very popular roofer in the area for an estimate and had the worst experience. He left his car running, looked at the roof from the ground, and said "you need a whole new roof", and left. Matthew, the project manager, kept me informed of scheduling and what to expect at every step. They solved several problems we had. They even saved us money on the day of installation by pointing out we had copper flashing around our chimneys, which is superior to aluminum.
