We recently had our roof replaced by Proven Contracting. From the beginning, Three and a half years ago, we initially called for an estimate. Corey from the very start was extremely helpful. Never once pressured us into going with them. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago my husband and I decided it was time to get the roof done and remove our skylight. Corey and his whole entire team went above and beyond for us. He still had our estimate on file and was able to resubmit and go over thoroughly in detail with the new total since things have changed throughout the years. The day of installation was here, Mike was on site the whole entire time and was super informative and extremely professional. He answered any and all questions I had and in a way I could understand them. My husband wasn't able to be home but Mike was able to keep him updated every step of the way and send him pictures of the whole process. When wood needed to be replaced he made sure he let us know every time. His whole entire crew work quickly and efficiently. They were able to complete everything in one day. The fine attention to detail really amazed me! The smallest thing of covering our plants in the front yard with buckets so they wouldn't get destroyed. They stopped only one time for their lunch break, they worked nonstop. When all was finished the crew promptly cleaned up, they left my property the way it was prior to coming. There was no debris anywhere. You could not tell that anyone was even there! Corey came by at the end to check in. This was one of the best experiences we have had. I was so lucky when a friend recommended Proven Contracting to me. After reaching out to several roofing contractors, Proven Contracting was the first to reach out - set up an appointment and come out to give me an estimate all within a timely manner. I had the pleasure of sitting down with the owner, Corey who answered all of my questions and explained the process in great detail. Within a week and a half the crew was at my house doing a layover on my roof. Took about 5 hours, and when they were done my house was as clean as the way they left it. The project Manager, Mike stayed the entire time & observed the work being done. The price was affordable, and since I was dealing with an insurance company they were flexible with me getting the money to them. The team at Proven Contracting had a major undertaking on their hands in replacing our roof. There was a lot of damage that needed to be addressed, and it was very stressful as a homeowner. Corey came out several times to review the project and discuss what our needs were. He was very clear in what the work would entail, and what he was looking out for in terms of "surprises". We felt totally comfortable with Corey and his team thanks to such attention to detail in every meeting. When a major mishap arose, not a minute was lost as the crew addressed the issue and kept everything moving quickly. I would give 10 stars if I could. The other 5-star reviews are true. From the start it was the utmost of professionalism. They exemplify customer service. Corey explained the process and materials without man-splaining, nor being pushy. When it came time for the job to be done, George, the site manager, was also very professional. He was on-time, courteous, and respectful of our property and of our time. He kept us constantly updated with the progress, including photos, and with the ability to let the dogs out, so there was no chance of injuries. So happy with the final result! We had other estimates that were NOT professional, were pushy and took alot of time to "explain" their product, and the cost of these did not compare to Proven Roofing. We are planning to use them again in the future when it's time to replace the siding and maybe windows. read more

Dan came to our house to look at our roof and give us an estimate. He spent time explaining our options and the estimate he provided was very detailed. He was able to schedule the job at a time that was convenient for us. On the day of the installation he was onsite all day. He had us come out to look at the progress during the day. He's very knowledgable and personable. There was some damage to the plywood in one section and a member of his crew took a photo to show us the damage before it was replaced. The crew worked all day and were careful to make sure nothing was hitting the house as they were removing the old shingle. When they were done, they cleaned up the entire yard and deck and they made sure any nails that were dropped were cleaned up. The process could not have gone any smoother. Corey thoroughly explained the entire process and the material to be used. He answered all our questions were answered before he prepared his proposal. The day of the roof install, Corey and all his crew were their by 7:30 AM. It was nonstop work from then until the old roof had been removed, the new roof installed and the cleanup was completed by 6:30 PM. Corey and his foreman were constantly checking to see if everything was satisfactory. The gutters were installed a few days later, as agreed. The gutter crew was very meticulous in installing the gutters and downspouts. Both crews were very professional and detail oriented. From the first call with Veronica things were off to a great start,she arranged for Brad to come out to do the inspection and give me a quote on the job,he explained everything and gave me a very fair price for the job.During the work the point man was Mike his whole crew did a great job,from draping the house to multiple photos and texts throughout the day when they found a unforeseen problem he explained everything in detail so that the job would be perfect.Clean up was so good that you never even knew that they were there..except for my beautiful new roof! I had them back thr days later to install new gutters and downspouts and gutter guards,no more cleaning out leaves! My roof was totally shot when I bought the house. The first company I called based on reviews I read on google was Proven. Corey was the only roofer that would even come out to look at the roof before I closed on the house. Others wanted to charge me for a quote or wait until I officially owned the house. The mortgage company needed a quote to move forward to close and Corey came out quick, worked with me through closing and scheduled the install 2 days after I closed. They got the new shingles installed with new wood all in a day by 5pm. Professional crew. Everything looks great. Rained the day after and no issues. When you're in the market for a new roof you get a little anxious as it's a lot of money put out. We had a few estimates, Corey from Proven was the first and the best. He explained every detail and had lots of patience with all our questions, and he is a very personable guy. The whole Proven team was amazing start to finish! The estimate was very thorough and they explained each product that would go into my roof. I had always thought it was just shingles, but boy was I wrong. The job was done in a day and my yard looked as if no one was ever there by the time they left. Dans crew removed our lawn decorations, driveway lights, and patio furniture to avoid anything getting damaged and even put everything back up beautifully when done cleaning up!
