The crew showed up on time, tarped the entire work area to catch the torn off roof and nails, and there was a project manager on site the entire time! He kept in touch by text letting me know where in the process they were, and even texted me photos of the progress! When I called again, they eventually came out but did not have all the equipment needed to complete the job.
