**I FEEL ROBBED AND SCAMMED OUT OF $150+** I personally did a search on Yelp for gutter cleaning on 8/18 and saw that this business had a voucher. I purchased the voucher and then messaged the business to see if they want me to print it out. He messaged back saying he told me back in 2022 that he didn't accept vouchers as if I'm supposed to remember a conversation like that for a service done once/twice a year. Also, if you don't accept them why not just remove this optional voucher especially since it's been 2 years and still on your page. This is no different than having a coupon code listed on your window for your store front and then telling people you won't accept it. I was even fine with cancelling the voucher and paying him directly but he isn't responding back to any of my messages...

This gutter service company has the most professional service staff that I've ever met. They came in early and work immediately to clean up our gutter and flash out our gutter spouts in an excellent way. During the past several days, rain storm came by and we never have problems with clogged gutters and spouts. Since 2004, I've tried several gutter cleaning companies and no one can compare with NJ Four Seasons Gutter Company. Their Service Staff are well experienced in cleaning gutters and they have the knowledge in cleaning, fixing and replacing gutters and spouts for quite a long time. I wish I've come to know them before. We plan to have them replace our very old 5" inch gutter with a 6" inch gutter and spouts later this year. Try them and you won't regret it. I highly recommend this gutter service compan

This is the first and ONLY-- let me say that again ONLY Company I will ever call and entrust the care and maintenance of my beautiful homes gutters. I know that sounds odd, but the customer service from Fausto, from the first inquiry to the end of the job, was top notch! Fausto came by the house this Saturday as planned and right away inspected the gutters and although I had only planned on the front sets to be cleaned, it was a wise decision to inspect the back gutters as well. Because based upon his inspection of the front he found that not only were the front gutters loaded with so much gunk and muck that he felt the back may be the same. Well turns out not only did he clean all of them out, front and back- but they actually needed to be re-secured in some areas. WHO KNEW?!! You know the wind and rain we get here and the snow,it could have been very dangerous and not to mention expensive Home Owner Insurance bill. My husband and I were so impressed with the efficiency in which the work was done that we cannot express how pleased and impressed we are. On another note, Fausto also will be giving us a quote on replacing our gutters next year since they are original and its about time. I hired this pro based on communication and price. Fausto not only povided all required information to move forward with the job in a timely manner, but he made sure to communicate with me after we scheduled my appointment. Due to anticipated rain on the day of my service, Fausto reached out a couple of days in advance to apologize for needing to reschedule my appointment, although he has no control over the weather, and to make sure that a new date was scheduled as soon as possible. Today was my service date and I am extremely pleased with the level of service provided. Actually so much so that I'm hoping to hire this pro again for my next project. Let me start by saying that Fausto is one of the best contractors I've ever dealt with. He was on time. His communication was great. He took before, during and after video and sent it to me during the job. He did a gutter cleaning and installed at new 24 foot gutter on the back of the house. He cleaned up after he finished. And also helped me with the gutter guards. If you need gutters or power washing, you won't find a more considerate person or contractor than Fausto. read more

I hired Four Seasons for a gutter installation, and could not be happier! Fausto responded to the initial request within minutes, and was at my house to provide a free quote within a day. He was thorough and courteous in explaining all the details of the project, and helped us pick a gutter color (we went with black at his recommendation, which we would have never thought to do, but it turned out extremely pretty!) The pricing was also very fair for the quality work that he and his team provided. We had a seamless gutter made right on premise! His team is professional and pleasant to work with. WOW! Fausto and his team are fantastic! They did a wonderful job cleaning our newly purchased home's wildly dirty gutters and power washing the entire property's concrete walkways, steps, house, and roof. I truly wish I had taken before and after pictures, because the transformation was incredible. The home has older fashioned aluminum siding, which is much harder to clean. The side of the burgundy home was green from years of overgrown shrubs. They were able to restore it to burgundy again. The whole job took much longer than they expected, and Fausto didn't even hint that we should pay any more than was quoted. The price was much more than fair. I was happy to show my appreciation with a gratuity so very deserved by this hardworking, friendly, and professional crew! Fausto was very responsive to my request via Yelp, was up-front about pricing, and came to clean my gutters the next day. They had an extra-long hose, and were able to flush & test the gutters effectively after cleaning. (Heads-up: It helps to have an accessible, working spigot to which they can attach said hose.) Great job, based on my inspection from the ground. All in all, excellent service & good value! (I'm planning to take him up on scheduling with them twice a year, which he recommended in our case.) read more

Fausto responded right away, and gave me a very fair quote after looking up our house with the address, and was able to come the next day. They took before and after pics to show me all the leafs in the gutter had been cleared including the roof shingle that was blocking my gutters. Gutters are now nice and clean! Just had my gutters done by Fausto, and I couldn't be happier. He responded to my request for a quote almost immediately via Yelp messages, and his price was beyond competitive. Got me on the schedule within a week and came and knocked my job out in Central NJ AFTER completing a repair and install job up on NY earlier in the day. No doubt about it, Fausto hustles! I've tried using several gutter cleaning companies in the past. NJ four seasons is the only one that the gutter won't overflow shortly after the cleaning because they thoroughly clean the downspout too and I will be sticking with them. Fausto also helped install gutter guard this year. He's very responsive on the yelp messages, kept me updated every time there's a schedule change, generally super easy to work with. Spoke to them about what I needed done on my home and informed them about area what I needed really checked . They gave me a great price and they came next day . Love that . They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job. I'm sure the quality of their work is there. We just didn't to spend so much money at the time. They also take credit cards which is a plus!

At the beginning, with the original owner (Mike), they were great. They installed new gutters on our house and even did some follow up work. But later on, they had to came back, to fix a defective part that they had installed. However, without the original company owner on site (Mike), they just replaced it with some "leaders" that turned out to be even worse (they were bent and cut up). I've texted them over 8 times (with no response), I've left 10 phone messages, and I've even called both of their business numbers over 10 times. Their answer: Nothing. They just won't respond. And we never got our "warranted repairs". I've even waited months for their return or their call back, but they've never called back, nor showed up. Now, it's like if, once they put up the gutters and get paid, they won't come back, won't respond or return your calls. They just move on to the next customers (or victims), to give them a bad experience too. In summary, keep away from Mike's Gutters. They are the worst. And like I said, I've known them for over 15 years. So run away, run away fast, and save yourself a gutter dilemma, and a financial headache.

I decided to go with Fausto because of his online reviews. I can understand why he has such a good reputation. Having prepped a home for sale last year, renovating a kitchen, and other miscellaneous repair, I'm used to dealing with a lot of contractors, painters, home repair services, and electricians. Fausto is easily on the top of my list now. I had rotting wood fascia behind my gutters in the front of my house. Fausto inspected them and took pictures along the way. My gutters were installed incorrectly (just bought the house last year). He removed my gutters, covers, replaced the fascia with Azek, and reinstalled the gutters correctly. Good communication, clean job from start to finish, reasonable cost, done. Will be using him for any issues going forward. Will be recommending him to friends too. Thanks Fausto! read more

This was my first time using this company and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. My gutters were in desperate need of a cleaning and a couple of repairs. Fausto responded quickly to my request for an estimate after I had sent a couple of pictures. The cost was very competitive and he was able to accommodate my work schedule the following day. I found this company by checking out their reviews on yelp, and I am glad I did because Fausto and his team were amazing! Not only did they come on time, but found why my gutter's were overflowing, corrected the problem and made the necessary adjustments to avoid any future issues. I then decided to hire them to install gutter guards at my mom's home because they beat all other estimates, and did an incredible job! Our gutters have screens, to do a thorough cleaning the screens have to be removed and put back in after the cleaning. NJ Four Seasons did a good job cleaning the gutters, and the price charged was reasonable. They also replaced the old silicon and put in new silicon to fix the leaking at the corners, with reasonable amount of extra charge. I will use their service again. read more

I don't understand why contractors think it's OK to ignore VMs and texts from prospective clients. Is it so hard to hit reply and say "thanks for the interest, but I can't for XX reason", instead of leaving people hanging. Left a VM and sent two texts, with no acknowledgment. So rude, and poorly represents your company. read more
