I was very happy with the results, and the technicians were professional, thorough, and courteous. What impressed me even more was how the company ultimately responded when some outdoor equipment was accidentally damaged during the work. The owner personally came to my home to apologize and took care of everything. That level of accountability and personal involvement is uncommon and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Toranzo Property Pros. They do excellent work and, in the unlikely event that something does not go as planned, they stand behind their service and make it right.

The old one was just your "run of the mill" gutter and figured that is what they would replace it with. Very pleasantly surprised with the job they did (attaching a photo). What a difference! This year we decided to try out their Power-Washing- and again were very happy. The guys were here for a good 3 hours and worked the whole time. They cleaned the house, garage, and deck- as well as our front steps (cannot believe the difference- wish I had a before and after photo). Had the gutters cleaned at the same time - and since we had it done early (during March) they even did that for free. Needless to say--will be using them again.

I'd gone online and read numerous horror stories about companies that rip people off on gutter guards but I needed them desperately so I decided to bite the bullet. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Speaking as someone who is very meticulous with the maintenance of their home, I can recommend them without reservation. Kudos much thanks.
