Flaky to schedule with and didn't do much for my home's exterior…read more Scheduling: I needed to follow up with these guys a couple times when they missed their time window or didn't get back in touch with a time. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

Let me say he is thorough, he power washed my driveway multiple times until he was satisfied with how it looked. He then added sand, and sealed the pavers on the driveway, back yard and had already did the pointing. The price was very fair for the amount of work performed especially since I know the sealer is quite expensive. Not only do I recommend them but I have saved his info for next time. On top of all of this they are genuinely friendly and it's a pleasure to speak with them. I would recommend them to anyone!

I said I didn't want it that day~ I wanted it closer to a special event I was having but he said he could power wash now and then come back and do the windows. Which I agreed to. Well they power washed and left soap scum and water stains? All over the windows ......AND my vinyl siding actually has mold on it. (which wasn't there before!) I guess they didn't really use that much soap or bleach? Needless to say they never showed up three weeks later for their appointment to clean the windows. I guess they forgot, which I didn't bother reminding them about after witnessing their shotty work.I used this company for many years, but it looks like there's a different owner now. I am now getting Blue ocean window cleaning a month later to power wash AGAIN and do my windows. They have way better reviews. (The window picture isn't great. I had to put a shirt behind it to try and show the marks.)
