They overcommunicate in the best way: you have access to everyone's cell phones, they respond promptly, and if you have an issue, they are there instantly. The quality of the work is beyond top tier, and it's clear the entire company is 100% focused on client satisfaction. The only two issues we ran into were self-inflicted on our end. In both cases, Pool Boss was there the next day and fixed them. When I asked for the bill, the answer was, "There is no bill, we just want you to be happy." That tells you everything about how they operate. The team is outstanding: Matt, Dan, Lisa, Joanna, Tyler, Jadyn, William, and the owner, Chris. They define world-class service. If there were a rating above five stars, they would earn it. I wouldn't just say they're highly recommended; I'd say you would be making a huge mistake going with anyone else. I hired Pool Service of NJ LLC in May 2026 to repair winter damage to my pool and install a new…read moreliner. Here is what I personally observed upon inspecting the finished job: -- The structural repair to the damaged pool wall was made by hammering the wall outward and applying duct tape. No other repair material was used on the damaged area. -- The new liner had multiple visible creases across the pool floor, which became apparent once the pool was filled with water. -- The pool hookup and seasonal preparation, which were part of the agreed scope of work, were never completed. On June 2nd, I contacted the representative I worked with (Sean) via text and phone to share my concerns. I did not receive a response. I also spoke with a second representative (Chris) at the main business number, who agreed to come assess the work the following morning. He never showed, and further calls and texts to both have gone unanswered. I also checked the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs license database and found that the company's Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license was expired at the time the work was performed. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. I am sharing this based solely on my own experience as a paying customer.

Sean acknowledged the issue and promised to contact the manufacturer (Linerworld) for a warranty replacement before end of season. That never happened. It is now 2026 and we have been trying to reach Sean with no response -- calls go straight to voicemail. My wife called the company directly and was told he was not available. Still no callback. We are now forced to contact Linerworld directly and file a complaint with NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. I would not recommend this company until they stand behind their work.

Originally went to Naso because of his stellar reviews. Spoke on the phone and was very impressed…read morewith Ed. Booked a pool opening, paid in advance, and was looking for valet service as well. However, we simply did not click. What started as a miscommunication on the timing of his visit to open the pool, moved on to Ed accusing me of being passive aggressive in my communication (which he does not tolerate), and ended up with Ed accusing me of defrauding Naso Pools, by not checking a box on his webform. My feeling was that it was not a big deal he would charge me for all services rendered. He had my card data. Very odd escalation.....I was good until the defrauding comment came up. After out back and forth, we agreed that we would not be a good mix, agreed that we would go our own ways, with Naso refunding the thousand dollar plus payment I had made in advance. Almost a month later and no refund in sight, and have filed a dispute with Bank of America. I have no clue about the quality of his service, was fine with moving on, but I am not happy about having to have to dispute the charge. May take a month or two but I will get the money back, but that does not change someone trying to charge you for services never provided. Read Ed's counter; lots of analysis for calling just to find out if he was going to show. His planner that Naso specified an all day appointment, no other communication, no prior visit to confirm the scope of work. I see no problem asking for a clarification. Upon him informing me I missef a box, I told him repeatedly charge me for all required serices....and that the opening might identify other work which may need to be performed. I do nor understand why that's a big deal. Certainly not defrauding someone. We have found a great pool service company that's will to just bill me for services rendered. No stress no unnecessary bs. Ed's review gets personal, sticking to facts Mr Naso is taking money for services he did not render. Draw your own conclusions.

The stuff explained well about what chemical I need for better water quality. I didn't purchase some of the items he recommended, but he wasn't pushy. Also, my online order was stuck about a month, calling online store customer service wasn't help at all. Today, the store manager actually emailed to online team for me right away. 12 hours later, Boom!!! I got a shipment confirmation!!! I used to go to another location, but I like this store much better
