Victor was fantastic! My heavy curtain rods pulled out of the wall and even took some drywall with them. I contacted Victor, and he was great from the very beginning. He responded quickly, communicated clearly, and was able to come to my home promptly to fix everything. His work was excellent, and it was obvious that he really knows what he's doing. He repaired the damage and made sure the new curtain rods were securely installed. Professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Victor and would definitely hire him again for future projects! read more

This was an extensive project that kept evolving every step of the way! Victor and his team were professional, knowledgeable and task oriented. Nothing was impossible, as more and more surprises revealed themselves - after 32 years in our offices, the buildouts were extensive with all those years of accumulated junk! We hired Grazia Concept for the demolition on 2 floors, totaling approximately 3500 sq ft. Post demolition, plaster walls needed repairing, repainting, junk needed to be hauled and an entire 1800 sq ft of wood flooring needed to be patched, sanded and stained. The job took on an incredible pace and the finished product outstanding. So long as this company is around, I know I can trust they will do a fantastic job, be transparent every step, and will show up to complete the job. I won't go to anyone else in the future. Thank you, Victor! What a journey! read more

Contacted Victor about a small drywall taping, mudding & sanding job I needed done. He was very quick to respond and gave a good price compared to the competition. His crew came a couple days later and completed the job in about a day & half. I'm very happy with the work done, as the results look great! I was able to paint the next day and glad to have this project complete. I'd hire Grazia anytime in the future for my drywall work. Cheers! read more

We contracted Victor to do what we thought was a simple demolition of a partial closet and some built-in cabinetry. During demolition, it was clear that the walls behind were either nonexistent or just a hot mess. (Don't you love old NY apartments?) This ended up being a MUCH bigger project than we anticipated. Victor had a great attitude and problem-solving approach to all of our 100-year-old house obstacles. He was able to build out the walls. The project turned out to be more than he bargained for, but Victor handled it beautifully. And he has just the nicest demeanor and was a pleasure to work with. read more

Great experience with Victor! I wish everything in life was as easy as working with these guys. Incredibly prompt response when first contacting Victor. Easy negotiation, showed up on time each day and most importantly, a beautiful job! The crew painted the entire apartment in just two days and were meticulous in the work. I can't wait to work with Victor on the next project! 10 out of 10, would recommend to anyone looking for a true professional. Thanks, Victor. read more

Victor was very professional, very responsive and great to work with. We had to get some ceiling/wall repairs after our neighbor caused a flood that came into our unit. Victor was quick to quote and schedule our work. He stayed within the schedule (even though we found some additional damage the day he was due to start) and we was very competitive in his costs (we had quotes both more expensive and less but we trusted Victor to do the job). Would recommend - and we would use again! read more

Completely professional. Highly responsive. Pleasant demeanor. Good price. Quality work (painted a large ceiling, with molding).

We had Victor come in to patch and repair our walls which had quite a bit of wear and tear (some of which required skim coating) from the previous owners 20 year occupation, as well as to come back a week later to install new baseboards. Victor was responsive, gave a fair price and got everything done quickly and efficiently. He was flexible with timing and took good care of the place as he finished his work. The walls look good as new and the baseboards were turned around in a day when we needed him on short notice. Would definitely recommend, and will be calling him again when we need to re-do our bathrooms. read more

Definite recommend! Victor was great! Kept to his word, stuck to his estimate, did very solid work and a very pleasant person to deal with along the way. Why cant everyone work like this!? After a very lengthy and arduous gas line repair in our park slope brownstone, the building was left with gaping holes in the walls from the new plumbing. Victor came in to close these holes up and restore the walls. Some aspects of this patch were very tricky. The walls are plaster and lathe and the new plumbing made installing drywall a colossal jigsaw puzzle. Victor gave an estimate via photos provided and held to it even though the project was more than he was expecting. Its not a quality you find everyday in a New York contractor. His honesty coupled with the workmanship make him a no brainer choice if you need work done! I would use him again in a heartbeat. read more

I would highly recommend Victor and his team. He did a great job on our apartment renovation. It was a small bathroom renovation, some electrical work, replacing light fixtures, drywall repair, closet door installation, and painting. He listened to what I wanted, took detailed notes, provided an itemized quote, and completed the work on time and on budget. read more

Victor and his crew did a fantastic job fixing my old ceiling that is falling apart. They came on time, covered the area nicely, they work extremely hard, no breaks, consider it was close to 95 degrees on memorial day weekend. Overall, I will strongly consider rehiring them in the near future. Thanks again Victor! read more

Victor and his team are very good at what they do. I have had a few things done around my house including drywall repair, crown molding added, shoe molding added, painting and some grout work where I had a hole in my bathroom's tile floor. Victor is responsive and gives a timely quote for each project, he completed the jobs on time or early and was happy to fix anything I asked that may have been slightly different than I expected. I will reach out again in the future if I need some more work done, highly recommend! read more

Victor and his team did an amazing job in solving our Brooklyn apartment noise issues. My husband and I are both architects and we knew what type of materials and assemblies we wanted to use to boost the insulating value of our apartment wall. Victor was very accomodating in working back and forth with us to discuss options and logistics (we live overseas and were having to coordinate scheduling with our tenants). We originally had wanted to order the materials ourselves to have delivered to the apartment, and when we realized we wouldn't be able to do so from abroad, Victor quickly stepped in to provide what we needed and still began work on time. Overall a wonderful individual to work with, highly recommend! read more

After reading the reviews & seeing the photos I was so happy to contact Victor. I really was hoping & thought this man Victor would be the one. Well I was very wrong & this is what happened. On the phone a nice person. I explained to Victor exactly what work I needed done. In 2018 we had an appointment on a Thursday mid-morning afternoon. He did not call to say that he was running late. I had to call him, I really think he forgot about our appointment saying he was not that far from where I live at. WELL, I waited & waited. Finally he managed to come by 2 hours & half late. Luckily I took the day & was off from work. On our 1st meeting was Mr. Victor arriving with a " Fowl Body Odor ". Our appt was 11-12 & he arrived around 1:45 PM on a BIKE. It looked like he was working on another job & struggling for a ride. He looked around said I had 2 many small jobs. Only wanted 2 paint half of my kitchen & not the ceilings or cabinets etc. I never heard of such nonsense. He said my kitchen floors was too much work. He did not seem interested at all in any work I had to do. Also he was not interested in measurements of any thing, only questioned how I was paying. He was looking for easy jobs in & out work with no hassle. I was very shocked by his attitude & behavior. It made me re-read the reviews. I really think in this aspect that a lot of folks are just not telling the truth. He was not at all what I expected from the beginning he kept stating only cash up front. I do not deal with greedy unprofessional uncouth unbathed folks in this manner. I was so grateful he would not be working in my home. He gave NO followup or return call. He didn't even drive up to my house. Lying about parking when I caught you unchaining your bike from a POLE 3 doors down in front of my neighbors house. WHO NEEDS HIM, BE GONE " BYE FUNKY DUDE." read more

Victor was great! We'd already paid him when we realized the second coat was off -- because the paint store made an error and provided a different shade of paint. We didn't have to worry because Victor promptly took care of it and still finished the job ahead of schedule. When hiring a painter or contractor, would definitely recommend him -- he was committed to doing a good job, very on top of things, and made us feel at ease. read more

Highly recommended! Victor came to assess my job, he was clear and competitive with his quote, and was flexible when I made changes to the original plan. I had 4 rooms painted, demo of bathroom wall tile, wall repair and he also did installed a new vanity and fixtures in my 2nd bathroom. No mess, no splatter, and defined lines on every single edge. He and his crew are professionals. They pay attention to details and his price was good. I'm very happy with their work. read more

AMAZING work--incredibly responsive, friendly, fast, and the job was top notch. Thanks guys!

Victor did a fantastic job repairing and painting several areas of ceiling and drywall that had some pretty bad water damage. He was prompt, reliable, polite (especially with multiple family members moving back and forth through the work space throughout the day) and kept the surrounding areas clean / protected from plaster, paint, etc. Would definitely recommend. read more

We hired Victor to remove an old damaged plaster ceiling and replace it with new sheet rock & soundproofing insulation. Victor gave a fair quote, was easy to talk to and answered all our questions clearly. He was always on time and even finished the job earlier than expected. Victor did a great job with the demolition and installation of the new ceiling and was even able to preserve the original crown molding (his crew was super careful with the demo and also protected our hardwood floors very well.) I would definitely hire Victor again. read more

Great job as always by Victor. He got to the site on time and even fixed another issue he saw that was wrong .

I messaged Grazia concept on yelp and they responded the same day with a quote. We booked the drywall job for the next day! Victor came and was very careful and respectful of my home. He drywalled around a skylight (we had a roofer install a new one and basically they don't touch the inside and we then had an inch gap between our wall and the skylight) Victor then patched the gap with drywall and made it all look nice. He plastered, sanded and then painted. It looks brand new. He also patched the leak in my sons room caused by the old leaking skylight. He noticed mold and cut it all out carefully and patched that hole and sanded and painted. It was a longer, two-day job and we are very happy with Grazia Concepts services. We would use them again for any drywall, patching and painting needs. Victor was very good with clean up as this was my sons play area and room. We are happy customers. I found it hard to find someone to do this job as the bigger painting companies won't come in for smaller jobs like this. And I contacted some painters and this seemed above their expertise with the drywall part involved. Victors quick response was also helpful as we wanted this resolved quickly. read more

Victor is a pro. He came and repaired a hole in my ceiling after plumbers investigated a leak. The ceiling looks great, you can't even tell there's was a hole there. He also fixed some bubbling paint in my bathroom. He was fast, efficient and seemed to put a lot of care into his work. He charged me exactly what the quote was (which was was less than what else wanted to charge me). Overall I highly recommend him! read more
