I used ACR contractors to renovate my apartment after a flood from the holidays. Al has been wonderful in communicating with me the renovation progress and keeping me in the loop. I can't say enough good things about Al, Junior, and Miguel. We had our bathroom totally renovated including a new tub, lights, toilet, vanity, and floor to ceiling tiles. Al was a great communicator throughout the job and the work was done on time and within the budget. He even came at the end to inspect the work and had some of the tiles redone to his satisfaction. This is our second time hiring ACR to do work in our house, and again, I could not be happier with the result. I could not give a stronger recommendation to anyone to hire ACR with no reservations. We hired ACR to do a bathroom gut among some other jobs in our house. Al walked us through the whole job, listening to what we wanted and making suggestions where he had a better way of doing something. His estimates were itemized so we could pick and choose which parts of the job we wanted to prioritize in order to get as much of our dream project done while staying under budget. We were not able to do every single thing we wanted, but that was our budget and Al's estimates made our decision making much easier. The work began back in February with the demolition. From the beginning the ACR team was careful and considerate in their work, hanging plastic to contain the spread of demolition dust and keeping a clean work area. They even stored the bags of garbage on site in an effort to limit the number of times they needed to call the truck to haul away the garbage and saving me some money. Junior and Adam, among others, were on site every morning and showed an incredible work ethic in getting the job done. Then the Pandemic hit, and while the largest parts of the job were complete, there was still about 30% of the job to complete. Al worked with us to create a safe working environment for his team and for our family, limited the number of workers on site and always sending the same people so as to limit their and our exposure. His team worked with masks on and other safety guidelines in place. Eventually the pandemic prevented them from finished the job as businesses closed down, but Al stayed in touch with me and as soon as those suppliers reopened and he could get what he needed, his team came back and finished the job. Again, I could not recommend Al and ACR any more strongly. Their quality of work is excellent, and them being a small, locally owned, minority owned business is only icing on the cake. read more

ACR contracting was highly recommended on Yelp, I felt confident with their reviews and I knew right away that I had found the perfect contractors for my project. ACR was very professional, and did an excellent job painting our apartment, they were surprisingly affordable and were very patient with me, considering that I am very picky with minor details, they hooked me up. Prior to the job, the owner of the company, took time to talk to me, review schematics, ask pertinent and thorough questions, so that he could give an accurate estimate (in writing). I truly appreciated that! Within a few days, I decided to hire them to install my brand new cabinets, re-place base boards and assist with a new range. We had some dry wall work that needed to be done (insulation, holes patched, plastered, primed and painted) in addition to water restoration work resulting from a overflowing pipe. ACR was fantastic - Adam and Junior who did the work were top notch. The before and after was incredible , you couldnt tell that there was damage done. Alfonso, the owner was always in communication with me and willing to answer questions. All in all - great job done and I couldnt be happier. The price was very reasonable. I had an insurance adjuster tell me the price quoted was a very fair price. I have a few more projects for Alfonso and I would absolutely recommend. We needed to update our living room with recessed lighting, a chandelier, and a large paint job so we got a few quotes. These guys gave a great estimate and were some of the nicest people we've ever met. They were prompt and helpful, happily answering a barrage of questions I had. They did the job quickly, but professionally. Al stopped in at the start of the work and afterward, to make sure we didn't need anything else and that the work was done to our liking.
