    Day1 of installation

Despite the loads of negative reviews here, Jeff convinced me that it was a small sample of their work. Everything started off well, price was good, slab selection was simple, measurements went fairly smooth. Then comes the nightmare, on the day of installation, the installers manage to break a corner while installing. Obviously, I was not willing to accept the product at this point. They offered to repair it, unacceptable. They were unwilling to replace, thoroughly explained to me by Jeff that they would be operating at a loss if so. Disregarding me, the customer that paid full price for a new and preferably not broken counter. I told Jeff I would be echoing the other negative reviews here on Yelp and his tone changed from the usual friendly to a very stark serious tone. At the end he offered to repair it and $100 stipend (bribe) to not post a negative review and to post a positive one. This really shines a light on all the positive reviews for this company, were they bought by Jeff? I mean there's a review that says, "Jeff, the manager of Super Stone, is a rock star. Sweetest, easiest going, most professional, coolest, best dressed, best looking stone guy ever. " The second half of that sounds like a review for Tinder.

Look how gorgeous Superstone made my kitchen! Granite is superb. Ty Steve,Dave and crew !

Amazing prices and very fast. Another fabricator quoted me double. They did my backsplash, counters and a custom fireplace. Ask for Jeff!

The new cabinets & granite countertop are beautiful and I am just so relieved and happy I initiated this project, that Jason was a part of it and it's done exactly how I imagined. He really worked with us and was so nice and responsive and super kind when I asked questions about ideas that wouldn't work well. He gave my fairly small project as much attention I imagine as the much larger ones they do and I really hope he's available when I have a much larger project I'm thinking about. Exceptional Craftsmanship and Service! I recently had the…read morepleasure of working with KF Kitchen Cabinets as part of a full renovation and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the experience has been a joy. So typical of NYC apartments in older buildings, the kitchen was awkward in shape and the walls frequently not square and sometimes not plumb, and the solution in our case necessitated custom cabinetry. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the plywood components being able to be disassembled when they would not fit through openings, and reassembled in-situ. Each piece was meticulously crafted, the materials used are top-notch, and the finish is flawless, adding an elegant touch to our kitchen, bathroom and bedroom-built-ins. When the original, functional hardware selected by myself for some of our most unique challenges did not perform as expected, the team at KF Kitchen Cabinets worked with me to find alternative solutions and we solved the issues together. The team at KF Kitchen Cabinets was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our vision and offered valuable suggestions to enhance the design. Communication was seamless, and if I were to choose one word to describe the experience it would be "collaborative". The new cabinets have completely transformed our kitchen, bathroom and bedroom making them more functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. On the day we were to move back in, we discovered that our belongings in our storage facility had succumbed to water damage from a roof-leak. All of our most prized solid walnut furniture, built by the Amish to my own designs some 12 years prior all sustained water and mold-damage. Due to trust and my deep satisfaction working with Jason and the team at KF Kitchen Cabinets, I asked them to provide a quote to refurbish all of it and submit to our insurance company, and eventually this was accepted and KF Kitchen Cabinets restored, delivered and installed all of it for us. It looks better today due to a few modifications than when it was first made. The more I worked with them the more I wanted to work with them; to that end they build two additional cabinetry items to make our office/computer area neater/tidier to my specific designs/sketches. If you're looking for outstanding cabinetmaking services, whether kitchen, bathroom or 'other', I highly recommend KF Kitchen Cabinets. Their exceptional craftsmanship and collaborative customer service set them apart, and they truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you, KF Kitchen Cabinets for turning our renovated spaces from the old and clunky, into a sleek, contemporary and efficient reality! We love it and I have received numerous compliments from my design and architecture friends and associates as well as our neighbors and we could not be happier. I would not hesitate in wholeheartedly recommending them.

We were impressed with the wide selection of cabinet styles and countertop materials at different price points, and Tara worked with our budget to create the most stylish and efficient design for our Bed-Stuy brownstone. Her recommendations for appliances (and where to get them) were spot-on, and she helped us source a range hood and microwave that would work within the tricky size constraints and layout of our space. Tara was super accommodating with multiple design changes, and her patience and experience were invaluable, not just with layout and materials but also with the mechanical elements of the demo and build, like plumbing, ventilation and electrical. She was there every step of the way, despite Covid and supply chain glitches, and we ended up finishing ahead of schedule and under budget. Best of all, we're thrilled with the results! We shopped around quite a bit for designers/suppliers, and we're so happy we chose Tara and PSK. Rehabbing a kitchen is more than just an aesthetic re-fit, it's an engineering project as well, and having a savvy designer with an eye for both design and mechanical systems is essential. Tara definitely helped us avoid some rookie mistakes while offering a vision that fit perfectly with our own. Highly recommended!

I had great hopes for this place after the recommendation from my contractor. We hired PSKG to…read moredesign and fabricate our kitchen cabinets. Understandably, the pandemic happened and things were delayed. Although this part is incredibly frustrating, that is not the sole reason for my absolute displeasure with the project and working with their employee Tara. The inexcusable poor communication from Tara has been uncalled for. We are at the point where we still do not have all of our cabinets, and Tara refuses to answer any emails, work with credits we deserve and has pushed me off to THE SALES REP for the cabinets. She won't even finish the project. Although, when my contractor asked her where things were, Tara responded to HIS email. Not me. Not the person who paid her. I have gone so far as to contact co-workers and leave messages in the hopes that someone will talk to me from the place I paid $20,000 to for cabinets. Nope. Nothing. Ghosted. Absolutely unprofessional and loathsome conduct on their part. Apparently once they get cash in hand, they pawn you off on their sales rep for you to have to fight to get your cabinets. This is lazy and reprehensible on their part to not finish my project and take the cash and walk away. When the cabinets were scheduled to arrive, I was told that there were three doors on backorder, but it would not hold up the installation. That was incorrect. There were three doors and the ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY cabinet that has to be installed first that was on backorder. So we had our home littered with cabinets, but they couldn't be installed because the corner top cabinet was not delivered. So, again, wrong information. Fast forward and incorrect sizes are shipped, completely incorrect doors are shipped, no hardware is shipped, and the list goes on and on. One cabinet was created too small (didn't take into account the appliance handle) and now is broken. So glad I spent thousands of dollars to have a broken cabinet within the first week. If you do not email on a regular basis for information, it seems laziness takes over and the lines of communication just dissolve. Just this past week I was told the cabinets have gone out overnight shipping and I will get an email the next day with the tracking information. Nope, no email. I email AGAIN to get tracking info. 48 hours later Tara is finally willing to respond with tracking information which has been available for two days. But, again, she would not pass it on until I repeatedly emailed. Completely unprofessional behavior. So now I am still waiting for one more cabinet door and my custom-made cutting board. I cannot get anyone from PSKG to email me or call me back. I have some random sales rep at a factory that is my only hope to ever getting this project finished. So please be concerned. I thought since I wasn't going with the cheapest place and I had the recommendation of my trusted contractor, I would be okay. Nope. Not the case. It has been a month and half since the initial DELIVERY of cabinets - not the design. THE DELIVERY and I still have not gotten all of the pieces to finish my kitchen. I cannot say enough how disappointed and frustrating it has been to work with the company.

I bought some lotion from them, and a while later (a month or so), my wife noticed black mold growing on the top. Pretty horrifying, because I hadn't noticed, and I'd been putting it on my face! Yuck. I brought it back, to tell them about it, not to ask for my money back, which I made clear. I just thought they would want to know. The salesperson called the manager to come over, who was excessively argumentative about it. "Let me explain something to you about our products," he said. "Our products do NOT grow mold." It was a little like the old, "who are you going to believe?" joke, since mold was growing right on top of the lotion, and we could both see it. And he just wouldn't stop. I kept telling him, I don't want to discuss this, I just thought they would want to know, I was just trying to be a good samaritan for one of my favorite stores. And he kept arguing. "Mold is caused primarily by moisture," he said at one point, as though he thought I was very stupid. Finally I said, "I'm going to ask you to stop talking." And he wouldn't! So I had to say it again. This all bothers me for two reasons. First, I thought the guy was defensive and insulting. Why disbelieve me? Did he think I brought some kind of fake moldy lotion to his store because ... why? He should have just thanked me for letting him know. Second, I thought they SHOULD care that their lotion grows mold! So the manager doesn't care about quality control, and he has an attitude problem. I don't feel that I can trust their products anymore, and unfortunately I cannot go back. It's too bad, because I used to love this store.
