Victor took on three jobs in my brownstone that bigger contractors either didn't want to do or would only take if I agreed to gut the spaces and pay a WHOLE lot more money (I'm talking thousands of dollars!). I needed old wooden shelves and a sink pulled out of a laundry room and utility closet, patching and painting the old plaster walls in these spaces, and some tricky tile repair in my tenants bathroom. Victor did a really nice job and was very careful to minimize the mess. Also he suggested a low cost alternative to dealing with some floor issues in my laundry room - everyone else wanted me to take out the floor and retile it, even though 90% of the floor was perfectly fine. His idea worked out great! Victor will prepare a detailed estimate for you and this is another plus of working with him - you know exactly what you are paying for. Other contractors just throw these crazy numbers out there and expect you to take it. I appreciate the way he does business and the fact that he wants you to be happy with his work. read more

We reached out to Victor and other painters to repaint the walls of our Brooklyn art gallery and the floor of the lower gallery. Also our office which is still drying and thus not photographed. After meeting with several painters, I was impressed with Victor's knowledge, attention to detail, honesty, and enthusiasm. I'm very happy that we went with him. Absolute pleasure to work with, professional and respectful but also very personable. He was eager to receive feedback and make changes as we went along with explaining what he was doing and the why and how when you asked. Top-notch work while not breaking the bank considering the scale of the project. The principal of our gallery has immensely high standards, and Victor delivered. Would highly recommend Victor for commercial protects and will likely ask him about painting our home in the future to be honest! read more

Victor is a regular guy with the skills and communication ability I needed. He transformed damaged ceilings in 2 bedrooms, a hallway and the bathroom. He stopped by for a consultation and listened to what I needed. There is a room with more damage and I wanted a quote separate from the total. In this way we can plan for the future with that. He was reasonably priced; I am not a haggler so this was a good thing. His employees were both friendly and quick to the task. They protected my floors, furniture was moved to middle of the room without scratching the parquet floor.Victor is our go to guy for now on. He'll be back soon to take care of the 3rd room. Thanks Victor! read more

I'd recommend Grazia Concept to anyone looking to have the job done in a quick turn around time. read more

Look no further-- Victor is fantastic. Trustworthy, prompt, a hard and fast worker, eye for detail, and a genuinely good guy. He painted my entire apartment with great care in record time. After seeing the job he did my landlord hired him to repaint the hallways and stairwell in our building. I'll be calling on Victor in the future for any work around my place. A+ job. read more

Overall a solid job. Very easy to work with. Some walls were left a bit uneven but the original drywall was an uncommon thickness. My only real complaint is when reinstalling the last light, it was shoddily installed and wobbles. If Victor is willing to come back and install a basic fixture that is simpler to do, I will gladly change to five stars. read more

I hired Victor to do some work on a tight schedule before moving into a new home. He was able to start immediately, worked long hours, and managed to complete the project ahead of schedule saving us the headache of moving into a construction site. He is very hardworking and pricing is very fair. I would definitely work with him again. read more
