They overcommunicate in the best way: you have access to everyone's cell phones, they respond promptly, and if you have an issue, they are there instantly. The quality of the work is beyond top tier, and it's clear the entire company is 100% focused on client satisfaction. The only two issues we ran into were self-inflicted on our end. In both cases, Pool Boss was there the next day and fixed them. When I asked for the bill, the answer was, "There is no bill, we just want you to be happy." That tells you everything about how they operate. The team is outstanding: Matt, Dan, Lisa, Joanna, Tyler, Jadyn, William, and the owner, Chris. They define world-class service. If there were a rating above five stars, they would earn it. I wouldn't just say they're highly recommended; I'd say you would be making a huge mistake going with anyone else. TFI came to service my pool couple weeks ago. When they arrived, the pool was not open yet. I did…read morenot connect any hoses or fill the pool from the winter closing. They replaced my skimmer on above ground pool and replaced filter with new sand. At some point one of the technicians plugged in my pool pump, unbeknownst to me. The pump runs off of a timer and evidently was running dry (no water) for a couple of days without my knowledge. I reached out to them to explain the situation and my concern. They denied plugging in my pump. Once I was able to fill pool to appropriate level, I was able to test my pump. As expected, the pump leaked and malfunctioned. I reached back out to update them and come to a resolution. Management told me they were not responsible and would not provide me with a new pump. I strongly suggest to anyone to find a different company for their pool service needs. Although technicians out in the field were pleasant, management would not provide any type of customer service. Management would not directly speak with me, everything was done through the office secretary. And ultimately management has no idea what customer service is about... denying any wrongdoing by their technicians and not providing the customer with a fair solution. They were responsible for ruining my pool pump and should be responsible for replacing it.

Based on that painful experience I won't ever engage their services for even cleaning the pool. We have moved on and won't reconsider them any further. They burnt out our brand new pump, claim parts and pieces were broken for our new handle piece that we have no access to and did not tighten the pipes properly. Overly priced and inefficient. We actually spent more money opening the pool through them than we would have hiring them for the season to clean the pool and I had no choice but to hire another pool company to check their work because this was such an uncharted process and I didn't trust them after all was said and done. They had no problems with running my credit card and even charging a late fee for payment although we wanted to ensure their work was proper from the next company hired, a delay of two weeks payment which is crazy since they delayed our pool opening by at least a month with their mistakes. Stay far away.
