We regularly purchase salt, cleaning devices, parts, and floats from them. They also offer free water testing, which is a great help. In addition to supplies, they provide services like pool opening, closing, and cleaning. We did have one unfortunate experience: they sold us a pool cover that turned out to be a size too small. When the technician came to close the pool, he let us know it would work for that season but that we'd need a larger one the following year. I wasn't happy about that situation. That said, their customer service has generally been excellent. The staff is always helpful and willing to track down whatever we need.

Pete and the team at Gus Pools are hands down the best contractors we've ever worked with-- period. Honest, reliable, incredibly responsive and fairly priced. (In fact their prices are too reasonable and should be raised!) Just nice, decent folks you don't see much of these days. His recommendations were also fantastic- we used his mason, Eddie who was also amazing. And his architect Genarro Finelli. I saw some negative posts by a few haters about not being able to get Gus to service certain people's pools, because they weren't built by Gus. That just motivated us to have Gus build our pool so they could service it!
