Luckily another pool guy who couldn't fix the issue recommended I check for a Hayward technician. So I saw them on the Hayward website! The owner Clinton answers and I sent a video of the issue and he gave me a quote immediately! That shows they are not bluffing and are highly experienced. Then he sent a tech Niko out today who is very knowledgeable and fixed my issue immediately, also gave me some more pool tips. I highly recommend! This is the pool company of my dreams! Jason planed a complete patio, stairs, outdoor kitchen, waterfall. everything thought out plumbing, electric, underground conduit for future electric, sprinkler lines, etc. For almost three weeks his men showed up at 7:00 am and worked till dark 6 days a week till the project was complete.
