That system is the Chlorsync C30 which sells everywhere for $1100. I already had plumbing and electric from previous system, would take an "experienced" tech an hour tops. They advertise $175 an hour. How are they charging $2000 for install?!? 11 hours??? I had nothing to lose, so I opened my "unrepairable" unit and notice right away 2 wires that had be damage/corroded. I just plugged in 2 new wires from Home Depot and everything ran PERFECT. I have no pool or electric experience and Total cost was $3 and 20 minutes. But yet this dishonest joke of a company wanted to charge be $3100?!? You guys are totally incompetent, lazy or thieves! Hopefully this review will keep these guys from trying to rip someone off again.

It was not it has gotten worse and in more areas, it has also become loose, not as tight as the first day. I called today and spoke to mark and was told that we need to pay $170 for them to come check the cover and to tighten it even though I have a 15 yr warranty. They care more about money than actually helping people. I would never recommend a loop-loc cover or do any business with this company. They instead told me to go to loop-loc company and use my warranty. AVOID THIS COMPANY THAT DOES NOT WANT TO HELP OUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. The prices were inline with other companies and sometimes better, but yes, the cost of opening and closing has gone up, but so has everything else. But their service is key. They come in, do the job and clean up 100%. Last year due to being unable to hire enough workers they dial back to working only in Suffolk County. This year they started back up in Nassau and we're very happy for that. Their office will work with you if you need to change a date for service and they don't push to sell you any extras (power vac or others) Rose the office manager is a angel to talk with and her brother Jim knows the details on any system out there. . ! He offered to send over two different pool techs the next morning and have our service completed at a heavily discounted rate. Our techs, Alex and Marlon, were wonderful and did a great job. After the service was complete Anthony called me again to see how it went and ending up comping the entire service for us. While it started off a little rocky, they definitely made right nbd us and we hope to use them again. **** Very disappointed in our service, especially because they came so highly recommended. We hired them for a power vacuum and were scheduled for Monday 6/22 between 11-3. When I got home from work at 3:30 the pool techs were fast asleep in their van in my driveway. Once they woke up they worked for about an hour and told me they don't have time to finish (but had time to nap) and said they would reschedule me for later in the week. They left a hose running in my pool without telling me and it ran so long it almost overfilled. We were scheduled to have them come back and finish this Saturday 6/27 between 1-5 and they never showed up. No one called to inform of us a change in scheduling. When I called to cancel any future services with them and express these concerns all I was told was "I understand." I never post reviews, but we are extremely disappointed in the service we received and after getting minimal response when I called to express these concerns, a review felt warranted.
