After the service was complete Anthony called me again to see how it went and ending up comping the entire service for us. While it started off a little rocky, they definitely made right nbd us and we hope to use them again. **** Very disappointed in our service, especially because they came so highly recommended. We hired them for a power vacuum and were scheduled for Monday 6/22 between 11-3. When I got home from work at 3:30 the pool techs were fast asleep in their van in my driveway. Once they woke up they worked for about an hour and told me they don't have time to finish (but had time to nap) and said they would reschedule me for later in the week. They left a hose running in my pool without telling me and it ran so long it almost overfilled. We were scheduled to have them come back and finish this Saturday 6/27 between 1-5 and they never showed up. No one called to inform of us a change in scheduling. When I called to cancel any future services with them and express these concerns all I was told was "I understand." I never post reviews, but we are extremely disappointed in the service we received and after getting minimal response when I called to express these concerns, a review felt warranted.

We had our appointment to install the liner cancelled by the company 4 times and the time was delayed 3 separate occasions. We ended up canceling the liner due to the fact we could not take off work anymore to wait for someone who was unreliable. I understand there are circumstances that prevent work from occurring but I believe it is necessary to let the customer know as soon as possible and make them a priority in the upcoming available day which did not happen in my experience with DC Pools.

The guys know their craft, were quick and neat cleaning up everything. They fit the liner beautifully so no ripples on bottom or walls.
