Worth mentioning, prior to Pool MD I was working with a service for over 8 seasons. Each season they would come up with a new reason to overcharge me and play on our lack of knowledge of pool care. When David came in, he was transparent. He told us it would take him a few weeks to get to know our pool, and once he did there would be no surprises. Our previous vendor told us we needed a new liner and a whole slew of other things. It turns out what we needed was a new filtration system (David's diagnosis) and everything has been smooth sailing since.
