We bought a new house this year and brought Lazarus in to open our pool a couple of weeks before our son's birthday pool party. Unfortunately, the job was bigger than anyone realized. First, the filter needed to be replaced. These guys ordered the filter and got it installed within a week. Then, there was a ton of algae and a weird foam that kept appearing, all of which needed to be cleaned out. These guys worked TIRELESSLY to get the pool ready, coming by day after day, power vacuuming, cleaning the filter caked in algae, scrubbing the pool, etc. They even came by at 11pm on their way home one night to work on it, and stayed in constant contact via phone and text every day on how the pool was doing. By the time they did the final cleaning the morning of the party, the pool was ready and in amazing shape. They did not rest until they fulfilled the commitment they made to our son to have the pool ready for his party. When I called they were very responsive and did me a favor and opened our pool. But there was a leak and they said they will come back to fix it. After making repeated phone calls they finally came back and said there was nothing wrong. After getting another company in, if Lazarus would have looked we were missing a $2.00 part. After it was replaced our filter worked fine. My husband tried to call them and he was threatened by them that they were going to call the police because he was harassing them. If they responded and fixed what they were supposed to, he wouldn't have had to call them. They were paid and we're given a big tip, and they refused to fix our filter. My pool is hugeeeeeee and I always have issues with pool companies! Thank God I found Lazarus , now I can rest easy knowing I'm not going to be taking advantage of overprice!!!! They actually went to the place where I bought my filter to fight on my behalf because they sold me a wrong filter and installed it backwards!!! Who does that ???? Every year when the summer heat is around the corner I get so excited thinking about sitting by pool with a Mojito in my hand. We've had Lazarus pools come in quite a few times now over the past year. They are so professional and are always more than willing to help out when I have questions about chemicals. Best pool service I've ever had. They showed up on time as they said. I have a very busy schedule and they were more than helpful working with me. My pool cover ripped over the winter and it was a mess. Very dirty, leaves and brown murky water. They had it up and running and within two days it cleared up and they vacuumed it. They come by with their weekly service and check and refill whatever chemicals I need. The pool has never looked better. I'm so happy I chose them and my family is grateful for such a clean pool.
