Very pleased with our experience buying our hot tub from AJ Spa. We live near the 110 corridor, so that is where we started our search as there are a number of sellers there. That was disappointing and frustrating. I found that at all of those shops, either they knew the product or knew how to talk to people, but not both. I had stopped into AJ once some time ago before I started shopping and was impressed with their professionalism. I called there and connected with Alyssa. She was freindly and knowledgeable. I was thrilled when they had a tub that met my needs in stock and available for immediate delivery. So then, they were ready but I wasn't. No problem. We completed the transaction over the phone and then I got the area ready as they agreed to hold it. AJ gave me a prices that included al:cover; steps; start up chemicals. There were no 'oh by the ways' at checkout. When I called and was ready, I received the hot tub within days. So, we didn't end up getting the spa here as we found a better price elsewhere with the specifics we were looking for. But I do stop in for chemicals here and there, they can be a bit pricey for those and the store is usually dead. Always quiet, sometimes there's a pup in there I like to pet, but never much conversation. Just is what it needs to be, just not sure what the industry is like or how they stay afloat... Never see anyone else in the place. read more

When the April warranty expired on my hot tub after only one summer of use, AJ Spa advocated on my behalf for a new pump from Dreammaker. It arrived a week later! Standing by the client shows excellent customer service. I'll be an AJ customer for life! read more

First we purchased our hot tub about 6 years ago. No issues at all. Sales people were excellent, installation was great. When it comes to any kind of service...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Andrew who runs the service center used to go out on calls and he was great. The people they have now for service, forget about it. They have no clue what they are doing. We waited 4 weeks for a simple part...small leak in the wet end of the heat pump. You need to constantly call to find out a scheduled service time...and usually there are no return phone calls. We waited for the service guy to arrive..had no idea he even came to fix the problem and would not have known if we hadnt gone outside to find the tub empty. Terrible service department!!! I bought a spa from AJ in 1998. It is a Sundance and is still going strong. Has it needed an occasional repair? Yes, as they all do but Greg at AJ told me what to do over the phone and saved me the cost of repairs. The customer service is incredibly good. I wish I had the money now to replace my tub but at 20 years old it's still working fine, thanks to AJ's product support. One thing when you buy a tub, you want after purchase support and AJ will give you that. It's what makes people return to them and what makes me recommend them to everyone! read more

We purchased our spa from AJ Spa and we are totally satisfied. Their price was competitive and the customer service was excellent which was our main concern. The salesman was very knowledgeable and patient. There was no high pressure sales. They came and installed the spa at our direction. Each year they come and close it for the winter months and open it in the springtime. If we have a question we call and they respond promptly. We shopped a couple of locations before purchasing our spa from AJ Spas. We not only came in multiple times but had a wet test before purchasing! No matter who was at the store that day they were so helpful and knowledgable. We asked a lot of questions and they always helped us with a smile. We never felt they were pressuring us to buy either (as we did at other stores locally). After we took delivery of the spa they came to help us with construction choices as we were building a deck around our spa. I have emailed and called since then with chemical questions and they are always helpful. We love our spa and are so sure we made the right decision purchasing it at AJ Spas.
