Instead, he insisted on putting it in a different spot, assuring me that he had leveled the ground and that it would be fine. The pool looked okay at first, but it only lasted one season. Last year, the liner ripped, and I initially thought it was my fault. This year, I had another pool professional come inspect it, and they immediately pointed out that the original installation was done very poorly. They found that there were tree roots underneath the pool that had continued to grow, causing the ground to become uneven and the pool to lose its level. I was also told that the area should never have been used in the first place because of the roots. I trusted his judgment when he assured me the spot was properly leveled, but it turns out that wasn't the case. While the pool may have looked fine initially, the poor placement and installation ended up costing me a damaged liner and additional repair expenses just a year later. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. If I could give a 0 star;I would.

The repair was to fix a leak and guess what, after the repair, we still had a leak! We had to hire a new company to fix the work they did. They used old material to trim out our steps which lead to the continued leak. I would not use this company again even if the work was completed for free! They also tend to avoid your calls. You will need to call or text at least 5-6 times before they follow up if they follow up at all! Terrible workmanship and customer service.

That system is the Chlorsync C30 which sells everywhere for $1100. I already had plumbing and electric from previous system, would take an "experienced" tech an hour tops. They advertise $175 an hour. How are they charging $2000 for install?!? 11 hours??? I had nothing to lose, so I opened my "unrepairable" unit and notice right away 2 wires that had be damage/corroded. I just plugged in 2 new wires from Home Depot and everything ran PERFECT. I have no pool or electric experience and Total cost was $3 and 20 minutes. But yet this dishonest joke of a company wanted to charge be $3100?!? You guys are totally incompetent, lazy or thieves! I brought a loop lock cover 9/11/2020. And told the installer it was wrinkled and we did not want…read morethe cover. The installer said it was going to go away after a few days of being installed. It was not it has gotten worse and in more areas, it has also become loose, not as tight as the first day. I called today and spoke to mark and was told that we need to pay $170 for them to come check the cover and to tighten it even though I have a 15 yr warranty. They care more about money than actually helping people. I would never recommend a loop-loc cover or do any business with this company. They instead told me to go to loop-loc company and use my warranty. AVOID THIS COMPANY THAT DOES NOT WANT TO HELP OUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Once they have your money they will not want to help you unless you pay them even if it's their fault

DON'T EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PAUL ROMANELLI A SELF PROCLAIMED "POOL & SPA EXPERT!" His website has NUMEROUS misrepresentations and inaccuracies and my objective is that I do NOT want to see any other consumers getting "HOODWINKED AND RIPPED OFF"! LET'S REVIEW SOME FACTS: A) His Website claims to have "trained factory experts" for the spa brand "ENDLESS POOLS" which is UNTRUE! Even after I sent his telephone receptionist numerous pictures including the "brand" of the spa and pump along with the model #.......so after an exchange of emails over a week AFTER his visit he still had no clue of the model of the pump AND later blamed her (Sylvia) for this "miscommunication!" B) He verbally stated with his extensive knowledge he would be able to procure the same or comparable spa pump to get my spa "up and running" AFTER I GAVE HIM A $200 "GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT FOR A NEW PUMP" and I agreed to pay the balance upon completion of the project and then SCAMMED me a few days later by stating in writing he could not fulfill his promise since there were no parts available and then "disguised the $200" down payment as a "service fee" and then has the audacity to say he gave me a $50 discount! WHAT SLEAZY AND GREEDY POND SCUM BEHAVIOR since they state clearly on their website they provide FREE estimates and proposals! FACT: HE SCREWED ME OUT OF $200 AND ADMITTED HE WAS MISINFORMED BY HIS TLEPHONE RECEPCIONIST AND EQUIVOBACLY STATED IN WRITING "YOU DO NOT OWN AN "ENDLESS POOL" BRAND! The"Brand" ENDLESS POOLS AND WATKINS PUMPS HAVE been produced in California by WATKNS WELLNESS Inc. of VISTA California! I have this all documented in writing along with a telephone log! D) When you read through his website or Google pages there are various statements about how many years of experience he has, one says 26 years another 27 years and another 34 years so which is it????? THIS STATEMENT FROM 1996 IS A FARCE! "He rebuilt his own pool, expanding his practical knowledge." Practical knowledge of what? Expertise in NOT knowing who all pool/spa pump manufactures in the industry are located? OR gaining the knowledge of SCAMMING pool/spa owners? E) After getting SCREWED out of $200 I then took some time to research pool and spa pumps in more detail and after spending 44 minutes on the phone with the actual spa manufacturer located on the existing pump they were so kind and informative and provided me with detailed information on every aspect of my "Endless Pool" brand and even confirmed in writing my serial # was on file and in FACT was an owner of this brand and within a week had the replacement pump delivered to my doorstep, so I personally gained MORE knowledge in 44 minutes about pool/spa pumps that Paul Romanelli claims to have gained in 26 or 34 years or whatever BS years he claims! Now it's only a matter of time that this outright scam will be exposed to numerous state and local consumer agencies and then for the "icing on the cake" will be when eventually will seek a judicial remedy in a local court of law and will donate any damages that I will ultimately will receive to an NYPD charity I endorse!
