He offered to send over two different pool techs the next morning and have our service completed at a heavily discounted rate. Our techs, Alex and Marlon, were wonderful and did a great job. After the service was complete Anthony called me again to see how it went and ending up comping the entire service for us. While it started off a little rocky, they definitely made right nbd us and we hope to use them again. **** Very disappointed in our service, especially because they came so highly recommended. We hired them for a power vacuum and were scheduled for Monday 6/22 between 11-3. When I got home from work at 3:30 the pool techs were fast asleep in their van in my driveway. Once they woke up they worked for about an hour and told me they don't have time to finish (but had time to nap) and said they would reschedule me for later in the week. They left a hose running in my pool without telling me and it ran so long it almost overfilled. We were scheduled to have them come back and finish this Saturday 6/27 between 1-5 and they never showed up. No one called to inform of us a change in scheduling. When I called to cancel any future services with them and express these concerns all I was told was "I understand." I never post reviews, but we are extremely disappointed in the service we received and after getting minimal response when I called to express these concerns, a review felt warranted.

Last night after he closed the store he came to my house spending almost two hours explaining to me and my son how the pool worked, how we needed to maintain it etc... who does that? I am so grateful to have been fortunate enough to have chosen Paragon Pools. I've read the negative comments written by others and just don't get it. We don't change the core of the person we are- those comments just do not describe the person I've met and have come to rely on and trust. Thank you Rich for all you have done for me and my son. I think I would of lost every dime of the funds in escrow had I gone elsewhere.

We hired Haven Pools to build our gunite pool the summer of 2014. Haven Pools was referred to us…read moreby our builder. To be honest, we did not shop around for a pool company because we felt that referral from someone you trust is the key of picking out a contractor. I did do research about them online and check out business bureau on their reputations. Well, now that summer is over....the pool is winterized and covered.....all I am going to say is we made a perfect choice to go with Haven Pools.....we now have a beautiful pool and spa, a backyard that we enjoy.....and that's all thanks to Haven pools. The pool and spa definitely exceeded our expectations, we have no idea with a budget and limited size backyard......we could have what we now have. We lived in Nassau county and we don't have a big backyard.....so it was definitely a challenge to come up with a design that will utilize the backyard......keep in mind that I didn't have an unlimited budget. I am also very particular to what I like and sometime I could be a pain :) Patrick and Craig who are the owners of Haven pools worked with us every steps of the projects. They listened to us, we discussed each design together, and they gave us valuable opinions and the best value for our money. They always kept us informed with the progress of the project and always gave us a quote before any work starts. The workmanship of Haven is impeccable.... Their workers are extremely knowledgeable and professional......I have never worked with any contractors who are as professional/clean/neat/knowledgeable as the people at Haven. We did hit a few hiccups during the project.....but again Havens pool worked with us in a timely and professional manner to resolve all of the issues even when times the issues were because we had a change of heart. Most importantly, our pool is beautiful......the work they did.....the design.....the materials......the list can go on and on and on.....Each person.....who was at our backyard was amazed of the transformation Haven pools did .....the pool is truly amazing......I also have to mention that we have a spa/hot tub attached to the pool.....well.....for those of you who are going to buy one of those portable hot tub instead of one built.....please don't do it......the spa is the best part........Once you see Haven's pool design/workman ship ....I think you would be sold. I hope this review will help those of you who are looking for a pool contractor. It was truly a pleasure to work with everyone at Haven Pools. From Brian and Stella

They ultimately blamed me for the leak and wanted to charge me several thousand for a pressure test. I finally decided to move forward with a pressure test at the end of the 2024 season, only to have Haven's new Sales rep try and convince me that the marble dust was my issue. Later the rep called me drunk after playing golf trying to close the deal for new marble dust to the tune of $30-40K. Last year, at the beginning of the season, I had a reasonably priced pressure test done by East West pools and found out that my pipes were fine. They applied $20 worth of silicone around all of the fixtures (including the deep end light which I suspected to be the culprit the whole time) while the pool was empty. For the first time in 20 years my pool is holding water! I feel like an idiot ever trusting Haven; glad its over.
