I hired him to set up my above-ground pool in 2024. Before the installation, I specifically asked…read morehim to place it in the middle of the yard because that area was flatter. Instead, he insisted on putting it in a different spot, assuring me that he had leveled the ground and that it would be fine. The pool looked okay at first, but it only lasted one season. Last year, the liner ripped, and I initially thought it was my fault. This year, I had another pool professional come inspect it, and they immediately pointed out that the original installation was done very poorly. They found that there were tree roots underneath the pool that had continued to grow, causing the ground to become uneven and the pool to lose its level. I was also told that the area should never have been used in the first place because of the roots. I trusted his judgment when he assured me the spot was properly leveled, but it turns out that wasn't the case. While the pool may have looked fine initially, the poor placement and installation ended up costing me a damaged liner and additional repair expenses just a year later. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. If I could give a 0 star;I would.

The repair was to fix a leak and guess what, after the repair, we still had a leak! We had to hire a new company to fix the work they did. They used old material to trim out our steps which lead to the continued leak. I would not use this company again even if the work was completed for free! They also tend to avoid your calls. You will need to call or text at least 5-6 times before they follow up if they follow up at all! Terrible workmanship and customer service.

The September 2026 storm that roared across Long Island hurt a lot of people…read more But we were among the lucky ones ... We only had to deal with a swimming pool that was over flowing from the downpour and looking like a plant aquarium or an aquascape, there were so many leaves and branches in it. But have no fear if you Ultimate Pool Care looking after you! Hasseem Sajjad arrived after the storm had passed and did a spectacular job restoring the pool level and chemicals, and removing what seemed like a forest-full of leaves and debris. Thanks to Hasseem and Ultimate Pool Care for the ultimate in a job well done!! P.S. Elizabeth and the office staff are terrific and the weekly Ultimate Pool Care keeps everything looking GREAT!

I Called them to service my Salt water generator , which had an error message. They came and sent…read moreme an email stating that my current salt water generator was unrepairable and they would have to replace it with a new system. Total cost $3100. That system is the Chlorsync C30 which sells everywhere for $1100. I already had plumbing and electric from previous system, would take an "experienced" tech an hour tops. They advertise $175 an hour. How are they charging $2000 for install?!? 11 hours??? I had nothing to lose, so I opened my "unrepairable" unit and notice right away 2 wires that had be damage/corroded. I just plugged in 2 new wires from Home Depot and everything ran PERFECT. I have no pool or electric experience and Total cost was $3 and 20 minutes. But yet this dishonest joke of a company wanted to charge be $3100?!? You guys are totally incompetent, lazy or thieves! Hopefully this review will keep these guys from trying to rip someone off again.
