Ronnie is one of the owners who did not back up their work when his workers did not install my liner correctly and I have been losing gallons of water daily. They came back once to try and fix it with some kind of putty that was a total botch job and even that didn't work ! now they are a no show and I still don't have any water in my pool. We have lost so much money with chemicals and water over this and the company doesn't care. We have tried to contact Ronnie over and over and he doesn't show up.

Or others wanted $200 to just come out starting price even though I sent video. I was getting very worried. Luckily another pool guy who couldn't fix the issue recommended I check for a Hayward technician. So I saw them on the Hayward website! The owner Clinton answers and I sent a video of the issue and he gave me a quote immediately! That shows they are not bluffing and are highly experienced. Then he sent a tech Niko out today who is very knowledgeable and fixed my issue immediately, also gave me some more pool tips. I highly recommend! This is the pool company of my dreams! Dunrite Pools built my pool in June 1997 and been happy ever since. I certainly would recommend to anyone considering a pool to visit them. These guys really know the pool business.

Almost a month later I still had not heard from them. The day after they came to look at it on August 12 they told me they did not feel they were capable of working on a cement pool. I asked them why they took my $4000 deposit when I told them the pool was cement and they assured me they could do the job! They wasted almost a month of my time! I cannot attest to their work because they said they were not comfortable doing it..... But they were comfortable taking my $4000 deposit. Just be careful dealing with this company! Yes I will definitely get my money back but really Dunrite you can do better than that!
