Mind you this was before 9 o'clock in the morning. When she asked how she could move it if it wasn't operating, his response was to put the car in neutral and push it. This so-called human has no idea what my daughter's physical health is, nor does he care! If that is the kind of so-called human, he is then perhaps you should think twice before doing Business with him.

At the end of last season my dolphin robotic pool had one of the gripper tires fall off and…read moreneeded to be replaced. so I took the unit to replace the one tire and do an overall evaluation of it. after four days they gave it back to me paid $65 everything was good. Got home put it in the pool that same afternoon the rubber bands came off. went back to chemex for a second time. The guy said that something internally was cracked In the main frame another $350. picked it up everything was fine. Put it in the pool and the entire cover from the main frame that he replaced came off inside the pool. picked up the cover and bring it back for a third time. they didn't charge me. brought it to my house again after an hour of using it the same rubber tracking bands came off and now I'm back there for the fourth time. It's my understanding that Billy the technician doesn't work directly for the organization and is overwhelmed with many service calls. Seems to have a lot on his plate. To many customers waiting in line for repairs and only one tech to handle all of them. I'm going on my third or fourth week without having my pool, but regardless of that I'm getting the impression that this company is not the right company for maintenance on these robotic cleaners. They always comment how nice the pool liner feels on their feet as opposed to gunite or cement. Over the years, I have required items to be repaired which was accomplished with pristine service. Most recently, I was offered an upgrade to my phone remote access. I seized the opportunity. I control all with the aiming Logic App. It also includes light shows, which was another upgrade. I have to admit, friends of mine with pools do not have the same bells and whistles on their pool as I have although paid many times more. The team of Patty, Steve and Mike are such a pleasure to deal with. I give them my highest recommendations. Before you make a final decision on your pool, call Steve. Btw, they set it up such that the maintenance is very simple or should I say almost maintenance free except for cleaning. Chemistry balance also very easy, as needed. It is a pleasure to wake up every morning and see my pool shining in the sun. They indeed "build pools right"

During the Pandemic, with time…read moreoff from work and everyone having a pool installed, i started to appreciate even more the great vinyl pool installed by Steve and Mike and company. I became a local expert in pools and quality products all learned from Bilt Rite. I remain extremely please with the highest quality equipment recommended to me which continues to allow me to be maintenance free. I do it all myself, except for opening and closing procedures. The quality of my neighbors' pools, although paying much more, was highly inferior and certainly not user friendly. I can control all from my phone, having installed an Aqua Pod and Modem. Sure beats going out every time to turn on heater or filter. As far as service is concerned, when something goes wrong, unrelated to the installation, they will definitely take care of it to perfection. I recently needed a "board" replaced. It was done with the utmost care and professionalism, coming back a second time to ensure it was fully operational. It was also followed up by the office to ensure all worked out perfectly well. There might be a rare occasion of an unsatisfied customer with customer service. I can only tell you that I have never experienced anything but the highest level of service and getting the job done always. Any issue related to pool function is always cared for promptly. If it can be done over the phone then it will be communicated in that manner, otherwise in person. I wish to highlight the main person in charge of customer service, Patty. Her responsibility is huge. She is in charge of keeping everyone on time with their opening and closing of pools, new construction schedule, rare issues with pools that need attention. She does it in the most professional manner. She answers all emails and phone calls in a very timely way and always get the job done. Just remember, when you show respect and professionalism, you will be treated back the same way, to your highest level of satisfaction. I would like to close by saying they know everything about vinyl pools. They have decades of experience. They do not do gunite pools and have therefore developed an expertise in Vinyl and its associated equipment. If you want your pool "Bilt Rite" then call Steve and Mike and Patty at Biltrite pools in Commack.

This was helpful in choosing pool liner and patio colors. We had a brand new pool installed in 2021. They turned our backyard into a paradise. The whole process was completely smooth and hassle-free (from dig, build, leveling, patio, slide, fire-pit, and waterfall installation. The communication on this project was excellent. I never felt unsure of what was happening and what to expect. Every single person that worked on the project was hardworking, knowledgeable, and professional. As a side benefit, we also found everyone to be friendly and very willing to give advice and recommendations. We appreciated this because we are new to pool ownership. They use a software called Basecamp to manage the project with all pictures, files, and people working on the project. This keeps things so organized. We had just a few items in a final punch list and those were handled in a timely fashion. Extra shoutout to John Burns who helped us with our beautiful patio and landscaping suggestions. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to Michael and Joseph Dominici - you two are pool gurus, your knowledge and experience show through everything you do and with everyone you work with. It started with weekly cleanings last year and my pool was never so blue for an entire summer (which for those of us in NY know, that is pretty difficult to achieve). Be forewarned - customer service is non-existant. Also, they commit to completing the certification with the town - but years later I came to find out they didn't do that either. They secured a builders permit, but the last step in the process for a CO is a final inspection - they never took care of that. What would have cost $100 at the time winds up costing over $1000 when you find out it wasn't done and you need to take care of it before selling your house.
