We specialize in opening and closing inground and above ground pools, power vac pool cleanings, weekly pool care, trouble shooting and fixing pool problems, turning green pools clear again, liner repairs, and installing new Loop Loc winter covers. We're honest, reliable, clean cut, charge a fair price, answer the phone, we're respectful of your home and property, and we are good at what we do. Our goal is to build long term relationships by making our customers happy...one job at a time.

History

Established in 2003.

Water's Edge Pools started in the industry as a swimming pool sub-contractor building pools for large local pool sellers. We have built every size and shape vinyl lined pool, from the smallest round above ground pool to the most massive freeform Mountain Pond with spill over spa. We've changed hundreds of liners over the years, and have experience maintaining and repairing pools across Long Island for many years. The company was put on the shelf for a period of time after I was persuaded to partner with a much larger company than mine. To make a long story short... that was a very bad move on my part. I learned a tough lesson...but at the same time found myself right back where I belong. In business for myself again. One of the most important lessons I've learned by watching my former "partner" act is how NOT to treat customers and especially employees. We have no interest in replacing customers and employees on a regular basis. We want to keep them all with us for a very long time.

I've lived on Long Island for over 40 years. I have worked in the pool industry for over 30 years. I've built hundreds of above and inground vinyl lined pools in my career, and changed countless liners as well. A back injury has changed the type of pool work I do, but I still enjoy making customers happy every day. Oh...did I mention I love to fish ?

Water's Edge Pool Company has been amazing!! I had another pool company before them who never properly maintained my filter and heating systems. Jason came in repaired them for the season and was able to replace my old system with a better more efficient system. Jason is always available when I call or text him with questions. If there is an issue he makes sure he stops by the same day to check out the issue himself! My pool has NEVER turned green under his care. Jason and his team at Waters Edge Pool Care have been opening/closing and performing weekly maintenance on my pool for the last 3 seasons. They are by far the most professional and reliable company I have used since I installed my salt water in-ground pool 16 years ago. I have been lucky enough to have Water's Edge manage my pool for a while now and I could not be happier! They open and close my pool and give me top drawer service throughout the summer. If there is ever a problem--a text or phone call will be answered in a very timely manner, and if they can't get to me immediately, I'm informed when they will arrive. Jay and his employees are very nice and professional. They open and close our pool every year, and take the time to do the rite thing. We have a big pool, and they make sure when opening, everything is running correctly.
