I called New York Pool Pro and immediately, Chris and Jason came, assessed the situation, advised that the current pump needed to be replaced. They ordered the pump, and came the next day to install it. They did such a wonderful job, I have hired them to do the maintenance of my pool and to close the pool when it is time to do so. I will hire them again for next year. I highly recommend them. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, good people. They do excellent work. I am very happy with New York Pool Pro.

In both cases, he was extremely concerned that the work be done right and frequently consulted with us. Mike and his team always arrived on time, worked hard, and in the end constructed two bathrooms that are well-made and exactly what we wanted. The real test, though, is how Sunrise handled things when the renovation ran into a problem. The new glass tile in our shower started cracking almost as soon as it was installed. Mike and his team worked with us to find out the problem and tried several times to fix the tile cracking by putting insulation in the wall, resealing an exterior wall, etc. Eventually the tile had to be replaced with ceramic. Mike did not charge us for labor on all of this work and was extremely concerned with resolving the problem. The only caveat is that Mike expects that the client provide input during the renovation. That worked perfectly for us, and we got exactly what we wanted as a result!
