Never got demo of how everything worked and called twice. And recently ran into issue with permits expiring because they used there email address. When called to discuss was told sorry to bad. No ownership, asked to speak to the owner and he does not take calls. He was in Florida. I was told "If want to write a letter and mail it to the office they will make sure he gets it, BUT not sure he will respond or even read it ". That was Manager that told me that.
