Worst company ever. The guy took $400 of $600 for a pool opening. Said he'd be back by 5/22/2020. Never showed. Never answers a call. Never calls back. This guys a real piece of work. I wouldn't recommend him to the Taliban. My dad is on hospice and has one wish. To sit by the pool one last time. And because we waited for this trash bag to come do the work that he took 2/3 of the money for, we waited too long and now he won't get to sit at the poolside. This is a veteran family also. Unfortunately I have to give them one star since there is no way to give them zero stars. Asked how much it would be for liner install. The guy says he'd have to look at the pool, asks for address. When I first met Russ, the owner, I thought was a decent person and owner. Helped me and took care of the job easy and affordable. Called him again this year to open the pool and issue after issue. Poor communicator, shitty work, incomplete work, over charged me and still have issues. I could go into more detail, but there is no point.
