Being an Elite on Yelp, I take pride in my communication with a vendor and promoting their business and also hiring a vendor with a good rating. I decided that I was not going to use Julio at Blue Touch. I have my other company coming tomorrow, ready to go. I really wanted to use Blue Touch but felt like once we agreed to do the job, he was difficult to get to, not reliable. I have a3 star rating because I think he just took on something that he couldn't handle with his schedule.
