Most weeks they'd show up literally for 1 min to just check the chemicals levels and clean out the filters. I believe I've only seen them vacuuming the pool once when it was opened and we're in the middle of July now. While the guys who come in a great, the company is severely mismanaged and don't deserve to be in business with this level of service. I would shop elsewhere.

It seems something's often bad when we want to use the pool or hot tub: Grandchildren coming for the weekend found the pool too acidic (burned their eyes); hot tub frequently chemically unbalanced (pH or bromine) so not useable; had to be told not to stain deck with chemical drippings. Cool August weather meant heating pool, but heater doesn't work - I told the cleaning team 4 days ago, then texted Kevin, but now it's Labor Day and cannot use our pool.
