They will also double charge you for the subpar services they offer. They've just charged my credit card again even though I've emailed up a week ago to cancel the service! Most weeks they'd show up literally for 1 min to just check the chemicals levels and clean out the filters. I believe I've only seen them vacuuming the pool once when it was opened and we're in the middle of July now. While the guys who come in a great, the company is severely mismanaged and don't deserve to be in business with this level of service. I would shop elsewhere.

He is the pool store equivalent of the Simpsons' Comic Book Store Guy. It's gotten to the point where I only go in to buy shock and get out. Today, he scolded me for opening a box of shock packets to count them before purchase (something he has told me to do in the past). Despite the fact that the next nearest pool supply place is 25 mins away, I will not be going back here again.

I got no reply so once I got out of my dental appointment at around 1pm I called him. I stated that I do not operate this way. He said he had a situation they had to handle. I told him you could've called or texted back what was going on and I would've understood. But no communication is unacceptable. Being an Elite on Yelp, I take pride in my communication with a vendor and promoting their business and also hiring a vendor with a good rating. I decided that I was not going to use Julio at Blue Touch. I have my other company coming tomorrow, ready to go. I really wanted to use Blue Touch but felt like once we agreed to do the job, he was difficult to get to, not reliable. I have a3 star rating because I think he just took on something that he couldn't handle with his schedule.
