Most weeks they'd show up literally for 1 min to just check the chemicals levels and clean out the filters. I believe I've only seen them vacuuming the pool once when it was opened and we're in the middle of July now. While the guys who come in a great, the company is severely mismanaged and don't deserve to be in business with this level of service. I would shop elsewhere.

We use it a couple times a week, only my husband and myself -no children, no guests, nothing. The tub has cracks and leaks throughout. They have been extremely difficult in responding for repairs. We've had to wait two weeks at a time for a technician who comes without proper tools and equipment and then we have to schedule follow ups that take weeks at a time. Hot tubs are not supposed to crack within a year! We were told the tub would last 10-15 years. We are now meant to be scheduled for the hot tub to be taken back to the Hamptons for diagnostics and we have to wait another week to even schedule that! We have taken extremely good care of our tub and yet here were are only 18 months later and will likely have to wait through 8-10 months of stress, headaches, paperwork, phone tag and two-week later appointments to even have a functional tub. It is very disheartening and I would strongly recommend avoiding Hot Springs and Ocean Spray.

Tons of trucks, too many come up my common drive to service my neighbors. Nobody pulls a 'uie" in my driveway except Tortorella's lil Toyota pickups. Big trucks back down the drive or negotiate how to trun around without imposing on my life. UPS trucks, concrete trucks , lawn, propane ,waste, lumber, tennis, oil ...all sorts of trucks back down the drive. We are quiet peaceful private people and the last thing I want is a circus of trucks pulling into my driveway to pull a u-turn in my tucked away drive way. The dogs go nuts and the peace is ruined. I told him you could've called or texted back what was going on and I would've understood. But no communication is unacceptable. Being an Elite on Yelp, I take pride in my communication with a vendor and promoting their business and also hiring a vendor with a good rating. I decided that I was not going to use Julio at Blue Touch. I have my other company coming tomorrow, ready to go. I really wanted to use Blue Touch but felt like once we agreed to do the job, he was difficult to get to, not reliable. I have a3 star rating because I think he just took on something that he couldn't handle with his schedule.

I act like the people in Seinfeld's soup Nazi episode that want soup. I thought they knew their stuff until last season. They kept selling me products that did not balance the pool chemistry. After spending a small fortune over weeks my pool water seemed impossible to balance. I took a sample to another pool store. They analyzed the water and gave sold me two products and gave specific instructions. Said it was a simple product and all would be fine in a few days. Almost immediately my water was perfect. I felt I was being played for all those weeks and being sold a lot of very expensive products that never worked out.
