They are a horrible company! I do not recommend it. They come for an hour but doesn't even clean your pool. They tell you that you need electric in the back. Their equipment is crap. It doesn't clean up the dirt on the bottom of your pool. The only use a power vacuum. They don't use Brussels end vacuum where it scrubs the dirt off. I mistakenly recommended this company to at least 10 People before finding out their true colors . I booked my regular pool opening as I always do and then put it on my calendar. On the date the company was supposed to open my pool they were a no show . I call them politely ask why they never showed up and the girl said HOLD ON . She then tells me her next available opening is a month away so then I say how do you make the mistake of not coming and instead of apologizing tell me I have to wait a month . Her response is this is how we fix our mistakes . I then say can you have the owner call me please .she tells me he's very busy and there's nothing he can do . I said please have him call because maybe he would like to make good on a customer who has given him at least ten referrals and had done business with them for 8 years . I called them back two weeks later asking when he was going to call me and she said that's your problem if he didn't . I hung up and plan on having every person I know using them to stop And I'm posting this in my place of business to warn my customers . read more

We've been using plum Perfect Pools for 3 years. We have had them open and close our in ground pool. The first two years we had no problems. The son of the owner came and did a good job and showed my husband things we needed to know as being first time homebuyers with a pool to take care of. This year we had to open the pool later because of the pandemic. Played phone tag with the owner and on the day we had scheduled they showed up at 7:30 am with no phone call to say they were on their way. The owner and another guy show up, are here for about 30 minutes. He doesn't even bother to tell me what I should do in order to get my pool clear. My husband calls to talk to him and he tells my husband to go F himself and hangs up. He didn't do the job the way they are supposed to. My husband called him out on things he didn't do when he was here and he was very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed in the way this company handled our questions, concerns and how they treated us. I will be looking for a new pool company from now on. Their prices were low so I guess it's true you get what you pay for. read more

They are ALL very professional and do great work. I highly recommend Plum Perfect Pools. As Jimmy L. recently posted we have also been long time customers. 10 years in fact! We have NEVER had a issue with Plum Perfect before. In fact in the fall of 2016 we completely renovated our pool. Plum Perfect was the first company we called but they do not do pool renovations. So we went with another company. When we didn't call for our regular closing the OWNER called to ask if everything was ok and if there was a reason we didn't use them to close our pool. I explained that the company that renovated our pool closed it for us when construction was done and that we would absolutely call Plum Perfect in the spring to open our pool and power vacuum as we have for the past 9 years! Fast forward to this June. Plum Perfect opened our pool on the scheduled date of June 1st. We had a power vacuum scheduled for June 4th. Unfortunately it rained. When we called we were told they would be first on the list for June 5th. When we got home from work no one had been to our home. We called and were told they "flipped the schedule and would definitely be to us by the close of business." No one came. No one call. We called again June 6th and were told someone would absolutely be at our home to power vacuum. When we returned home from work there was a bill in our mailbox so I immediately went into my yard to put the hose in the pool because we ALWAYS need to fill it after a power vacuum. To my surprise the pool was filled and the filter was on. When I turned the filter off and the water calmed I noticed there was still debris in the bottom of the pool. I checked the invoice and it was noted the serviceman was only at our home for 40 mins when we scheduled an hour power vacuum. And obviously he not only didn't power vac our pool, he barely vacuumed it at all! Obviously we called right away and left a message stating we did not want to be charged for a service that was poorly provided and we would like a call immediately. We received a call the very next day June 7th saying they were NOT going to charge us and that the owner would call us tomorrow June 8th. Today is June 15th. The owner NEVER called. We have called Plum Perfect 4 times (every other day) during work hours and only get the machine. We have left 4 messages and have received no response! There customer service has gone from 10 stars to 0 stars recently and it's sad. They were one company that we could always rely on to stand behind their work. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again! And it saddens me to say that after 10 years we will be using a new pool company going forward. read more

They came to our house and installed our liner. At first I was very impressed bc they came right away and took measurements as we have a ginormous pool. When they came to install it took them a while and didn't bring the proper tools. They then told us they would have to cut the tiles along the edge. They made a horrible mess out of them and most fell into our freshly finished pool. They also put a custom made skimmer plate on. This thing was nothing more than a piece of plexy poorly cut and installed with all different screws. I called to have them fix it and they never called us back. The secretary was super nice but that's the only nice thing I can say. Oh and of thats not enough they also installed a sand filter and didn't install it correctly. My husband thankfully figured it out and fixed it. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!! Do not use!! They take your money and do a half ass job and run! read more
