They are so knowledgeable and helpful with everything, but in particular for me made the purchase and service of a Dolphin robot an informed and smooth process. They really stand behind what they sell, and are more helpful than the actual company that builds the robot. Helped me sort out some issues after purchase and I am totally satisfied with how they handled everything. There are several pool supply stores closer to my home, but I will gladly make the trip to Dolphin Pool Supply because they are so good. Highly recommend!!

I am writing this to warn other buyers about the deceptive sales tactics used by The Hot Tub…read moreFactory regarding their "Permission to Relax" 60-day guarantee. They heavily push the idea that you can buy with total confidence and return the spa within 60 days if you aren't satisfied. However, when you actually try to utilize this guarantee, they disclose a massive, hidden $1,450 pick-up fee that was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase. While their fine print mentions that initial delivery fees are non-refundable, burying a $1,450 return penalty makes the "money-back guarantee" a complete sham. A company that prides itself on "no gimmicks" shouldn't resort to hidden fees to trap customers. If you are shopping here, verify the fine print and know that returning a defective or unsatisfactory product will cost you thousands.

If you want to destress with a hot tub--DON'T BUY HERE!…read more Ever since we bought this tub, it has been nothing but one massive headache. The delivery crew literally dropped it twice, it arrived filthy on the inside, it has an active leak, the top cover bar is bent, and they couldn't even align the cover clips correctly. If you actually want a superior customer experience, save yourself the stress and buy your hot tub from Home Depot instead.

From our salesman, Dave, to the planner, Greg, to the construction crew, and finally the guys who came out to give us a tutorial. We have family members who have used them with great results as well. All that's left is the paver install, and we'll have the pool of our dreams. Thank you, Dunrite!

They were on time every day and got right to it. Removed most of the pavers, dug down to the dirt level and re-piped the whole system. It was a LOT of work. GO TO CHEMEX instead. 1) Sold me the wrong…read moreequipment 2) Bad installation 3) Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer service In Late August of 2020 I went to Leslie's in Smithtown Ny. My old pump blew my pool was green and I wanted to close it and set up install for the following year. They sold me a new expensive Pentair Pump. I purchased it along with a pool opening for May20th 2021. The total cost was approx $1200. PAID IN FULL! The technician shows up to install and the pump sold to me was made for an inch and a half piping, I have 2 inch piping oh and it was 7 inches too short. I learned this when the technician asked me about the site prep! NO ONE FROM LESLIES EVEN MENTIONED A SITE EVALUATION BUT HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY. YOU NEED A SITE EVALUATION. So now I have an ill fitting $1200 pump. THAT DOESNT WORK. After the tech left the pump shut down. I called the Leslie's corporate line and they DISMISSED me. Telling me they would come back till June 18th. I PAID YOU FOR A RUNNING POOL ON MAY 20th. after having to call multiple times during my vacation they finally came out May 25th. Guess what... my pump is still not working! You think Leslie's cares. 2 visits later and they still can't fix what they broke. Aren't you a Pool company. So I did go into the store to speak with them in person. The guy there told me straight up... there was nothing he Would Do. He straight up refused to help me. He stood there with a stupid look on his face basically waiting for me to leave so he could go back to testing water. DO NOT USE LESLIES. CHEMEX is 2 minutes down the road, do yourself a favor
