While I'm not the landlord I'm a tennant and responsible for basic upkeep of the pool. Unfortunately what happened was having 5 days work of work dumped into my lap over some really unprofessional decisions. I was informed because there were leaves on the cover he would have to dump them into the pool. All he wanted to do was finish the job and get to the next one. The leaves SHOULD have been removed from the lid, and caution taken to make sure they didn't end up in the freshly opened pool. That or he should have rescheduled the job. Instead a summer help worker showed up two days later BY HIMSELf to remove several hundred pounds of leaves and about 1/4 inch of dirt from the pool. Only here's the catch.... they charge by the hour... so after discussing the issue with the owner who wasn't willing to work with us, I have been working on the pool each day trying to clean up the mess these guys left behind. For 400+ dollars your pool should be opened and blue. Stay away from this company for their business ethics alone.
