Understood the challenges of First Light prior to contracting with Harrington/Peter and team...VERY delayed First Light response/permitting process during COVID. We needed an existing wood dock/catwalk removal and demolition...and then the construction of a new aluminum dock/catwalk and installation. Needed another alternative to the dominant dock vendor operating on the lake today...who we were struggled to make contact with. Harrington was the exact alternative we were seeking for a higher end dock. Could not have been more pleased with the experience! Peter met with me in Q3, 2020...talked through plans/vision/requirements/pricing...talked through timeline. They were very open and transparent with their process and any delays (First Light permit delays, any supply chain issues...which they stayed ahead of throughout).
