Then I went to K & W, showed them a picture of the problem and they talked me through my options and made sure I left the store with parts and knowledge to fix the leak. Absolutely unprofessional results, I have dealt with so many companies, ordering thousands upon thousands of dollars of tools and Tool Nut takes the absolute crown for the worst Customer Service experience. The staff are all very nice and very knowledgeable. While I use Ring's End for bigger projects, when I'm looking for something specific and cannot find it at Ring's End, I more often than not find that Ridgefield Hardware has what I need. If you don't see what you want quickly, just ask. The great team behind the cash registers at the front will ask when you come in if they can help.
