We recently replaced our front door, sliding door and changed the window treatments. The team we worked with - Adriana B, Bill G, and Gregg - were exceptional! From the beginning of our project to the end, their service was detailed. Adriana took the time to explain the various types of doors, and helped us to choose the correct one for our needs. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the project. She introduced us to Gregg, one of their preferred contractors. Gregg and his co-worker, Everett, were amazing. Gregg was very responsive before the job and answered all our questions. Their workmanship was impeccable. They took the time to set up, clean up, and let us know what they were doing, every step of the way. Each morning, they were on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We especially enjoyed his enthusiasm. Bill G's knowledge of window treatments was evident. He has a very good eye for color. Billy listened to what our needs were, and came up with a number of solutions. He was very accommodating with our schedule, and was thorough. He is quite responsive, which we appreciated. Jilco is our constant go to whenever we've done a home remolding project. As a do it yourselfer, I'm used to places being dismissive of my questions, especially involving more complicated things. Jilco is always beyond patient and responsive to me, providing me dimensions, measurements and answering whatever insane questions I may have. 2 homes, 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms, siding, slider doors, a front door and countless interior door and hundreds of feet of trim later, Jilco is always my go to place. Darrin Monaco, at Jilco, designed our kitchen 11 years ago, and we bought our cabinets from him. We recently noticed that some of the cabinet doors were "chipped." When we called him about touch up paint, he informed us that the cabinets were guaranteed "for life." He came to our house, measured the doors and drawers that were no longer perfect, and had them replaced FOR FREE! Now that is what I call incredible service! Billy Gesson was a true professional. Our job was not a big important one but he made us feel like it was! We have an extra large front window and wanted a luxury blind to fit. He walked us through style, size, fabric and color- plus my husband wanted a remote control so he wouldn't even have to raise and lower the shade.
