YG has done our custom master shower glass, the custom window over our front door, and most recently, the two "sidelight" exterior windows on either side of our front door. They came measured, quoted - we ordered and when they began installation they found the original builder had glued the window frames to the door frame. After an extra three hours with two more of the crew, they managed to get to begin installation. No extra charge, "our responsibility". Wow! So if you want great products and service and be able to trust what you are going to get, you know who to call.

We also had two window frames enlarged with new windows installed. The work was completed on time, on budget, and professionally. Working on a home renovation project can be stressful, but when you have the right team in place, it makes a big difference. Tyler made the initial consultation very easy, which was in contrast to our experience with a big box store. The team, led by Phil the project manager, was very professional. Phil would take the time to explain things in a concise and thoughtful manner. Finally, we were impressed by how clean the guys were - they had installed floor-to-ceiling plastic sheets to prevent any dust from spreading throughout the house. We plan on using them again and we'd recommend them without hesitation.

I really lucked out with Marco for so many reasons. He was very professional in the way he went about his business. He was responsive to questions, he came to the house on time to provide an estimate, and he gave a reasonable time frame for when he could complete the work. When he came over to replace the windows, he was thoughtful about preparing the work area by covering the floors to minimize mess. Marco was efficient in execution without compromising quality. The workmanship was outstanding and the cost was within my budget. I am really glad to have found Marco (Brother's Glass Design) and highly recommend him & his company. Vaneet

Not only were they about $1,000 less expensive than the other companies we looked at, they were very friendly and accommodating. When our kitchen cabinets and our master bathroom vanity were installed and it was time for the countertops, they were able to come measure, and create the perfect countertops in less than a week! And I say perfect countertops because everything was AMAZING! They were able to cut one piece to fit around the corner!! Everything fit exactly to measurements! And they even matched up the veins in the quartz so that it looks like it flows from the island across to the wall cabinets! But the master vanity is the most incredible of all. We ordered a backsplash with it for the 2 sides with a wall, and they surprised us by matching the backsplash piece to exactly match the countertop in terms of the stone's patterns!!! We have been in the home improvement business for over 40 years and have never seen that kind of perfectly matching stone before! We HIGHLY recommend using Putnam Granite & Stone Fabrication, Inc at 100 Buckshollow Rd in Mahopac, NY!

He was very professional and he addressed all my concerns. (I had lighting pulled through the mirror & a frame built around it to help keep it in place for a ridiculously long time; I plan to be in my home for the foreseeable future & am not worried one bit.) They fabricated & installed a mirror to fit the space perfectly. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding the lighting I had planned, and -- being overwhelmed with other home improvement projects at the time -- I didn't take the time to review the order well enough to catch the error. Still, they redid the work at no cost to me. I'm grateful for their professionalism and timely delivery. The work was done just before the holidays; I had out of town guests coming, and it seemed to be a pretty busy time for the company too, but they made it all work out despite the initial hiccup. They are good people who stand by their work. I had another custom mirror installed by a different company at the same time (yeah, it was a crazy time & I was determined to get it all done at once), and Mirage's work was superior. No glue showing, seamless installation, more reasonable pricing too.
