YG has done our custom master shower glass, the custom window over our front door, and most recently, the two "sidelight" exterior windows on either side of our front door. They came measured, quoted - we ordered and when they began installation they found the original builder had glued the window frames to the door frame. After an extra three hours with two more of the crew, they managed to get to begin installation. No extra charge, "our responsibility". Wow!
