He had a plan right away. He gave us accurate estimates for how long it would take. He did a wonderful job - it looks exactly like we wanted it to. He also left the workspace spotless. The owner dismissed me and said, "why don't you take a picture or video and email it to me". I explained to him that I know the exact piece and size and just need to know if they have it in stock. He then handed me off to his associate for further help. The associate got me what I needed and I paid. As I was paying I asked the owner a question about recommended assembly technique and he looks up at me and rudely says "listen, I have a crap load of work to do. I don't have time for this". The phone then rings and he answers it and was sweet as pie to the lady on the phone. He then started discussing politics and how much he doesn't like the "other side of the aisle". Holy unprofessional. Would never go back to there.

Westwood had installed and/or refinished all the hardwood floors in our house. They still look beautiful after many years of use. So when we needed floor covering for basement stairs we saw Marcos who recommended a bright colorful carpet and pad for the stairway. Their prices are reasonable and job was scheduled and performed without any problems. We asked that the top wood step floor be sanded and varnished and Marcos made it look brand new. Westwood Floors is highly recommended.

I'm well aware of the factors such as amount of use and frequency of cleaning. The bathrooms are cleaned 2x/week minimum, because that's just how I roll, and they are both well ventilated. I explained the concerns and Jack offered to replace these things for $295. Since the areas of concern are in staggered locations, it is evident that it was not done properly to start. Jack said they guarantee work for 1 year only. More than likely, nothing will go wrong in 1 year. If their work is quality, then it should be guaranteed for longer. A good business would at least visit to check customer concerns and possibly offer a one-time courtesy repair after confirming the work done should not have failed so quickly. Jack was right quick to sell some bogus glass treatment that allegedly decreases water spots and the need to clean glass so often. That was a waste of money. I would never recommend this company and did not have a positive experience.

That part of my review is subjective. What is not subjective is the following: 1) They did not arrive at the they were supposed to. 2) They walked into my house without permission (they claim they asked the lawn guys who do not speak English. 3) They gave my baby sitter a hard time when she reprimanded them for entering without permission. 4) They charge an un-Godly amount of money. 5) When I asked why the price was so high, the answer I got was that they had to clean the door in their truck. I will say that the guy John who answers the phone (and he does always answer the phone) is calm. He is just not reasonable. Here is what I think. The positive reviews seem to be from friends or relatives because they all have 2 or 3 reviews to their profile. Normal reviewers don't write like that.

YG has done our custom master shower glass, the custom window over our front door, and most recently, the two "sidelight" exterior windows on either side of our front door. They came measured, quoted - we ordered and when they began installation they found the original builder had glued the window frames to the door frame. After an extra three hours with two more of the crew, they managed to get to begin installation. No extra charge, "our responsibility". Wow! So if you want great products and service and be able to trust what you are going to get, you know who to call.

Brought the door to WPG, and the very next day I had a new door at a very reasonable price. Then they sent a gentleman named Anell over to fix the mirror. What a nice and experienced man! It took almost 4 weeks from the day I paid half of the window, and now I am having problems with them coming to install it because of rainy weather. They are very inflexible and do not seem to care of the customers circumstances (we have our house on the market so it needed to be fixed ASAP). Find another glass company to work with.
