I interviewed several companies, Anderson, Pella and more. Upon meeting John, one of the owners, I immediately felt conformable. It made me comfortable that they respected my property. Then, the removal of the old windows. Very little noise and very little dust or debris. After that came the install of the windows. It was seamless, everything fit perfectly. Then, the trim work and finish trim. This is where I feel high quality carpenters are needed for a good install The team at Window Solution Plus, has great carpentry skills. The trim work both inside and outside look terrific. Spot on. The next stage was cleanup. It wasn't a 15 minute rush job. Instead, it was a well executed professional job, lasting over 1 hour. Vacuuming, dusting inside. Actually washing certain areas of the floor. Then the coup de grace, they go around the property near the outside of windows and pick-up debris by hand, then vacuum. When they leave , the inside and outside is perfect. In this case, I gave far too much. **5/9/26: UPDATE - SEE SCREENSHOT OF ILONA GUMENYUK'S 5/8/26 EMAIL CONFIRMING REGGIE ARRIVING TO DISTRIBUTE REFUNDS AND REPLACE MY SCREENS -- NONE OF WHICH HAPPENED. AND NOT A WORD FROM ANYONE.** I hired Reggie Villa / A&J Window and Glass to create custom window screens and a balcony screen solution for my apartment. Based on my recommendation, two neighbors also hired him and paid deposits as well. What followed was weeks of missed appointments, repeated promises to "check with the factory and call me back within the hour," long stretches of no communication, repeated promises that things would be ready "next week," and eventually requests for refunds that never materialized. As delays continued, Ilona Gumenyuk repeatedly communicated on the company's behalf regarding scheduling, refunds, and assurances that replacement materials and payments were forthcoming. When Reggie finally arrived to install my window screens, he showed up hours late with screens that were several inches too short and did not fit properly (see photo). Instead of acknowledging the issue, he attempted to explain the large visible gaps as intentional. One screen had to literally be hammered into place. Even after this, I still allowed myself to believe repeated assurances that properly fitted replacement screens and refunds were finally coming. They weren't. Since then, the two neighbors I referred have filed complaints with the Office of the New York State Attorney General Consumer Frauds Bureau, the Better Business Bureau, and local law enforcement. It is also worth noting that the company's Google Business Profile now appears as "Permanently Closed," despite the company continuing to communicate with customers and schedule supposed future work. As a result, customers can no longer post new Google reviews. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to read the prior detailed negative reviews carefully. I wish I had.

The company reordered parts. Finally got them in the end of April. Set installation for June 4 - after many reminders. Nobody showed up or called. After I reached them they claimed they had a wrong phone number (while they had no problem texting about parts before). Promised an installation on Monday. Nobody called or showed up. When I reached them, I got the same story - wrong number, we can fit you in on Friday. It is an endless story to get them correct their own mistakes - which they do not own - or provide an anywhere decent service. I highly recommend to stay away from this scam.

First we got a $25,000 estimate from a contractor who was going to use the cheapest windows on the market. Then a $46,000 estimate from Renewal by Anderson, which we almost got sucked into. Finally after much research of window brands and companies we contacted AGM Windows for an estimate. Paul contacted us quickly and came out to show us the window he uses and give us an estimate. He was so pleasant and professional to work with and quickly responded to all our questions. We got an estimate for 20 Okna 600 windows, highly rated, for a substantial amount less than the cheap windows the contractor was trying to stick us with. In addition, Paul worked with the HOA for the approval, so helpful! The installation crew was AMAZING...organized, clean, and communicative. The only reason I waited to write this review is because I wanted to see and compare our electricity bill from last year to this year and boy were these windows and company we choose a great decision. The first time I interacted with AGM Windows was a bit weird, since AGM Windows' website was hacked in 2016. But since that time, there have been no problems getting to his website or contacting the owner, Paul. Paul is still the owner and still personally shows up to examine the windows and to take final measurements. After paying a deposit and signing the contract, Paul orders the windows form his supplier, and when the windows are ready, he sends 1 to 3 people to install the windows, depending on the size of the order and availability of his crew. It should be noted that these crew members have been working with AGM Windows since my first window order. It is good that Paul is able to retain the crew, since they are very experienced and can install the windows quickly and accurately. The pandemic caused supply issues for AGM Windows, so it might take longer to have your windows ready and window prices have gone up (Paul showed me an email by his supplier announcing price increases). However, Paul and his crew still work consistently and expediently to install the windows once they have them from their supplier. Despite the price increases on the windows, AGM Windows' overall project quotes are still lower than those of other window installers (i.e. the ones that advertise on TV, radio, and your local coupon mailer), and AGM Windows does not do sales gimmicks or sales pressures. AGM Windows is a "no frills" and to-the-point window installer. I still highly recommend them.
