Replace floor, instal vanity etc.. Received his estimate and to save us some money we agreed we would do the demolition. And we did. Ripped up flooring, removed toilet and existing vanity. Today 7/18/20 the day he was to begin. We receive a TEXT not even a phone call saying he couldn't do the job and tried to extort more money from us ! He knew we had gutted the bathroom already and tried to take us for more money !!! Needless to say that's not going to happen. - K
