They were highly professional and 6 years later we are still happy with our shower. This time we have again asked them to put a class enclosure in our cottage. And once again, it was an easy, experience because they "know their stuff". They come when they say they will, they take good notes and answer every question, they stay in contact during "the wait" and they do an impeccable job.

Thats what happened to me. They made me pre pay $500 for a service then they showed up and were afraid to drive down my driveway with half an inch of snow , so instead of rescheduling, they decide to not do the service and keep my deposit. Keep in mind they never called me to explain anything or tried to reschedule and the owner Chris and his receptionist Gabriela instead were rude and disrespectful over the phone. There are a lot of glass companies out there that will give you a better service and not steal your money. I've contacted Better business bureau and Attorney General on this matter , they can't simply get away with this practice.

We're about to put our house on the market and it's been like pulling teeth to get anyone to come out and do work (electricians, plumbers, roofers-- forget it). We have an odd sized kitchen window that somehow got a crack in it and let's face it, not a good look. We called a bunch of local glass places and couldn't get anyone to commit and then found Sal who came out immediately to give us an estimate. He was booked up for a few weeks but because he had a cancellation, was able to fit us in ahead of our photo day and open house! He and his assistant came and replaced the window in less than an hour. The best part was that the price was 50 dollars less than the estimate. How cool is that? 100% recommend.

We scheduled an estimate for later that week and Josh came out to look at the job and give me a accurate estimate, which was similar to the price I was quoted over the phone. Today, 3 guys ( Aidan, Will and Josh ) showed up right on time to do the installation. They took their time, they covered all the surfaces in my home, not only with drop clothes but with thick cardboard, and made sure they were able to replace the window and leave my house even cleaner then when they arrived. They installed sliding glass windows, and the wheels underneath would come off the track, get stuck, etc. We would call & complain and days later their installers would come in to try and repair the windows. Within the next couple days we had the same problems with the windows again. Every time (3 - 4 times) they would come and "repair" said windows, we would get billed for the terrible service they provided. Our last phone call with them consisted of complaining that we keep getting billed for repair work that has NOT been successful, and we were told they would need to replace all 3 sliding windows, a billable service. We thought that they might be willing to repair or replace the windows at no cost this time, considering we've spent hundreds if not more for products and services BELOW STANDARD. We will never use this company again, or recommend their poor service.
