I called on the morning of September 19 to obtain an estimate for a broken window. The gentleman greeted me and when I began to explain the frame and structure of the window that was broken, he asked me what the problem was. When I tried to explain, he interrupted me to ask if I was calling because I had a broken window which was exactly what I was trying to explain. When I said yes, that's why I called you - you deal with glass and windows, correct? He blatantly said, I don't need this shit take your business somewhere else. Talk about a bad day and a turn for the worst. I asked my wife if I sounded rude or was in any way nasty to the person - she was besides herself at how quickly the guy went south as I was talking to him on speaker phone and she overheard. I even called back to talk to the owner or the person as there was definitely a misunderstanding. The guy told me that there wasn't a misunderstanding and that he didn't have the fucking time for rude people and called me an asshole. He told me he records all conversations, I asked him to go back and listen to our conversation as I wasn't rude and was being playful when I asked him if he did glass and windows. He told me I was rude and he didn't have time for my shit. He told me to call another business because they will deal with assholes like me. I said you asked a fucking question I gave you an answer, how is that rude? He hung up on me again, this time because I actually was rude. I hope he listens to his recorded calls and learns better customer service techniques. read more

Donny and Anthony were the best.They came in, cleaned up caulking on my brand new ties, and installed my new shower doors. They went above and beyond the installation. Aside from cleaning up caulking, they added extra caulking, placed a missing screw in my door hinge, and replaced a "too short nail" in my saddle. Wouldnt use anyone else! read more

Donny installed our custom bathroom mirrors and made a glass topper for our kitchen table 27 years ago when we built our house. Upon our COVID projects of a master bathroom renovation and new family room furniture, he did a beautiful job on our walk in shower glass enclosure, large beveled mirror, which was inserted into a custom wood frame and made glass toppers to protect my family room tables and new kitchen table. He was very easy to work with, easy to communicate with and the guys who installed everything did a great job. A week later I called Donny again because I needed another glass topper for an extra end table and it was delivered very quickly like everything else. I brought in a screen for my window that was bent and didn't fit well anymore. The owner said he would make me a new one, so when I picked it up and brought it home, it didn't fit at all. So I went back to his place and told him what happened. He immediately said, "You gave me the wrong measurements!" I corrected him, and reminded him that I had given him the screen itself. Then he said, "Oh that's right, let me try again." I gave him another chance, with correct measurements and once again, it's way off. I called him up to ask him how we can correct this and the first thing he did was scream at me saying I was wrong. He sounded drunk, and this was before 11am. He was slurring his words and didn't sound coherent. I said again, "It doesn't fit." And he kept saying, "You gave me the wrong measurements," and then said, "You don't wanna mess with me, lady! I know where you live!" He kept saying,"You're not gonna find anyone else around here!" Is he aware that there are other businesses outside of his town? I found someone else thankfully in Monsey, which is even closer to me. At this point, I don't even want my money back. Stay away from this psycho. I have never in all my life been treated like this by a business owner. Unprofessional and downright scary. Over a screen.... a $50 dollar screen. read more

The owner Donald (Donnie) is as unprofessional as I've ever dealt with. He agreed to a job set an appointment to measure a job for a home we are building. We followed up with him after not hearing back and were told our builder didn't get back with him (our builder was away on vacation and this was communicated), even though we provided him an alternate contact (our realtor) who he didn't reach out to for access to the house to do measurements. Ultimately, he told us (in his exact words) "I'd rather not work with him (jewish builder), you can call his jewish friends and they can take care of you." His unprofessionalism and condescension were a red flag from the beginning, but none the less, we were shocked by his response. He could have told us up front that he didn't want the job, but instead wasted a month of our time all because he had issues working with a Jewish builder. As a non-Jewish member of the community I'll advise anyone I know to go elsewhere and not support a business ran so unprofessionally and quite frankly who comes across as being anti-semitic. read more

Very pleased with Donny's creative window inserts for my portable AC units. I no longer have to mess around with my casement windows and trying to fit the kits that came with the units into windows that were not necessarily designed for their use. Perhaps a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. I also think that the inserts will provide some additional heat loss prevention come winter - an added bonus! read more

These people cannot be trusted...I had some work done in my master bathroom and my wife caught one of the workers red handed in our medicine cabinet. He stole her medication and was so cocky that he told my wife that the police won't do anything because they're in tight with the police.
