Went in to get a small sink and faucet for the guest bathroom…read more The sink was in stock, but in a different location, the faucet was ordered through the manufacturer. We were told 2 weeks. Two weeks later I call. The gentleman I spoke with was clueless, put me through to the lady who I worked with 2 weeks earlier. Turns out, it was going to take another few weeks. Someone should have called to let me know and given me the option to cancel the order. I mean I have no sink in the guest bathroom. Anyway, when it did finally come in and we went to pick it up, we were charged $16 and change for shipping. REALLY?? Are you kidding me??? First your time frame was wrong and you never bothered letting me know, then you nickel and dime me for the shipping?! I ordered it from your store, from your catalog and you're gonna charge me for shipping it to you. I STILL HAD TO COME IN AND PICK IT UP! Just terrible customer service. Will not recommend you to anyone.

Completely and TOTALLY disrespected the home and owner during bathroom remodel.Some examples:…read more Declined to put up plastic sheeting because it was inconvenient and proceeded to cut etc. sheet rock,flooring, tile etc. inside the house so the house, including all the clothing in my bedroom closets, is filthy, covered with dirt and debris.... who cut tiles in someone's kitchen ? He left me with a cracked counter top, a broken piece of molding in the door way, uneven colored grout and more... installed a light fixture that he picked out, (along with faucets that he picked out) without even asking for my opinion, informing me that because he worked in Westchester, he knew what should be put in my bathroom....Left my garage inaccessible and cluttered for the duration despite my pleas. Then he had the audacity to hand me a hefty bill in addition to the original contract even though some of the original agreed upon items were and are still not not fulfilled.
