I happened to drive past this place one day, and noticed the big slabs of stone (maybe granite? I can't remember) out front. I had gone to another kitchen design place, but wasn't impressed with how they treated me. I figured I might as well check out another place, which was the right choice! From the moment that I walked in, they were very welcoming and very willing to work with my budget.
I worked with James and Payton/Peyton (I forget which spelling she uses! Sorry if she sees this), and they were amazing!! They had some great ideas about how to lay out my small kitchen, and all of their suggestions ended up being great. I feel like I use all of my space now. They also suggested some things to put in my higher cabinets to make it easier for me to get items down ( I'm short and have arthritis so I used to have a hard time getting things out of the top cabinets). I had white shaker cabinets and was just so sick of it (the other place I went tried to push me to keep a similar style - but why should I replace 10 year old cabinets with almost the same thing?). They also suggested that I switch out my (very old) granite countertops and use Cambria instead. I absoltely love the Cambria I have, plus I used their financing. Setting up the financing was really easy.
They handled having someone come out and measure. Since we are in a pandemic, I appreciated that when James came to measure he wore a mask and put little covers over his shoes. He was very nice and easy to work with. Any time that I had a question, they got right back to me. The whole install took only a couple of days, and the contractor (Brian) made it so i didn't feel like I was without a kitchen. read more
