Given the long delay and need to find another company, my pipes froze, costing me even more money! You know you are in trouble when the installer asks if the shiplap was on the walls when the template was done (it was). They took over an inch off of our butcher block countertops because the walls were uneven but there was a gap of over an inch behind the countertop (that my whole hand could fit down). They also did not secure the countertop on one side. After four calls to them asking them to fix the terrible install (they basically ghosted), we had to have someone else come and take care of it. Terrible service, terrible quality of work. Do not use them.
